Dr. Alexander, I have been a paid subscriber since 2023. My credit card was compromised twice, back to back so 2 months of payments failed. I now have a card again and have tried to upgrade to paid repeatedly and no action seems to work for your link or that of Dr. Makis. I have been successful with other subscriptions. Can you or someone else advise how to resolve this?
