Don’t know if dissolving the Supreme Court is a good idea, but it is with in Congress’s powers to do so. All the district and appellate courts too.

Yes, T should and CAN ignore all these court rulings on aliens, including the Supreme Court. While I have been saying this, I was reminded today that when Obama allowed what was then massive amounts of illegals in, Arizona began enforcing the federal laws on immigration. O’s admin sued Arizona and won at the Supreme Court who ruled that the power to decide who can enter and remain in the country and who cannot rests solely with the president.

That is the law. Get over it already.

Congress set up the court system, they can dissolve it. Sorry, go look at the case between Obama and Arizona. Also, district judges do not have the power to make any judgements affecting anyone other than those in their court rooms. And, they certainly do not have the power to set foreign policy. Their judgements on the president’s treatment of aliens are not with the paper they are written upon.

Three branches, separate and equal. The Judicial branch usurped the power to dictate to the Executive long ago. That power can not be found in the Constitution. Now, judges are threatening to hold the President in contempt of court. Then what, fine him, have him jailed? Time to wake up. The Constitution has been overthrown by the judges. It is treason. Past time to restore order.

Trump should ignore any court ruling that takes away the powers granted to him by the Constitution. Courts do not change the Constitution, that's done through the legislative process.

He's the Commander and Chief idiot. It's his job to determine foreign threats and act appropriately. But you're the Bulwark. The people that are pro illegal immigration and want thugs out on the streets, particularly illegal thugs. So you have no part in this conversation.

Trump will follow President Andrew Jackson’s lead… “John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!”

"All it takes for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing." It is why in the Catholic faith we have a category of sins called "Sins of omission". For too long the feckless politicians on the right have done nothing but whine and complain. As Rush Limbaugh would point out, they are more comfortable being in the minority because there are no expectations. They can enjoy the accoutrements of their office, acting like nouveaux aristocracy being wined and dined by lobbyists, and get their egos stroked by citizens. We always hear "we can't have vigilantes" when law enforcement doesn't do their job. So things get worse. Well, what happens when Congress doesn't do its job? You have runaway, lawless courts more in love with procedural things. They are like the doctors who don't really want a cure for most of the ailments, just get people "well enough" to enjoy a reduced lifestyle, all the while taking in money and a nice living 'treating' symptoms.

The piper will be paid, Jesse is right. Unless all social media is shut down, there is an inevitability coming. The Left relies on the fecklessness of the middle and right. Trump needs to take the gloves off now and spend the summer in all the Republican squish areas doing rallies. And he needs to get Thune and Johnson in his office and lay out a schedule for hot button votes and campaign/rally in those areas 4 weeks before each vote.

It's time for "good men" to do what they should have done all along, and follow the constitution pro-actively.

Trumps turning the Department of Education into AI, your country is not going to survive if Trump implements all the things he has planned. Digital ID, digital currency, a surveillance state for all. Real ID is already coming in, in Dakota I believe in May. Trump and his team are changing what it is to be American, he's deporting people with American citizenship for God sake, free speech is dead, wake up and leave the cult.

I unfortunately don't like listening to Jesse Kelly on radio in the evenings, when not listening to Sports Radio. All Jesse knows is Communism, Communism. Kelly is also the person at News Max who I like the least. Finnerty is my favorite.

Trump and the DOJ should however ignore the District Courts on anything extending beyond their district. Pam Bondi should just say "you don't have any jurisdiction".

But Yes, Congress needs to pass this as they have threatening - but all talk.

I don't believe they would get 60 votes in the Senate, even though it might benefit Dems in the future.

In 2026, we might get the Senate up to 56 Republicans.

I dont want to see that...will not be good for the nation or world for that matter. even a POTUS is subject to SCOTUS etc. I do fear a dictator of sorts from left and right. it always happens. this is the challenge we face today, we have a nation worth saving, a great nation yet we have it is so much quagmire...I find that many nations the people, the citizens are good peoples, in the US, Canada, UK, all over...no matter where, but it is often governments and rogue elements in the system that tarnishes and damages the nation...the people of USA are good people, most, no doubt some very bad people but it exists all over. the issue is we keep going to the polls and trying to find that sweet spot...can we ever find the right government, ? best leaderships? IMO USA must be saved...moreover, only congress I have read can dissolve SCOTUS...I am standing behind the US and wanting to fight to save her and do good by her...I am just worried...we really have lived a tough last 30 to 4 years politically...so many rabid people wanting to steal the people's treasury etc. people simply want to live decent, honest, hard working, lives, peacefully, free...unhounded.

Trump is the ultimate arbiter of what the law is. That the SCOTUS would disagree is immaterial. Even if Trump does not have the authority, he has the power.

He could dissolve the SCOTUS and other courts, deport, or otherwise deal with, the judges and his critics. He can make them go away. Trump needs to get rid of the SCOTUS in order to suspend and then do away with the constitution.

A suitable replacement for the SCOTUS would be something akin to Roland Freisler's Volk Court (People's Court), established in 1934 by order of Reich Chancellor Adolf Hitler.

Trump knows exactly what he needs to do. According to his late former wife, a credible source, he is a Hitlerphile who kept a complete collection of Hitler's speeches by his bedside and regularly read them.

Of course, Trump is not Hitler. Their views on who the "master race" or chosen people are, are diametrically opposed. Nonetheless, he knows how Hitler was able to transform Germany from a Constitutional Republic to an entirely new system.

He also knows how to not repeat Hitler's mistakes. He is positioned to become infinitely more powerful than Hitler and probably shares his view that democracy is degenerate.

If Starlink and AI are to transform America into a technate and if he is to take Canada, Greenland and central and north America he cannot afford to have obstructionist courts and critics.

Politics is the art of the possible and Trump has the balls to do what he needs to do to pursue his self-interest in accordance with an Aristotelian morality of Rational Egoism.

I would cry no tears if RINOS disappeared.

and arresting any or all of the Justices would be a political nightmare for him.

Crossing the border illegally is a crime and those who do so are not normal migrants. They are illegal aliens, and yes, they must be deported as a matter of law.

Have you ever heard of American concentration camps? Do you know how many Germans perished in them after the end of WWII? Maybe not because it was covered up and Americans were fed the propaganda that they're addicted to like fentanyl.

Do you know how many people Americans have butchered?

Let Americans have what they wish for Bulwark

Americans deserve this.

It couldn't happen to nicer people.
