While I have been saying this, I was reminded today that when Obama allowed what was then massive amounts of illegals in, Arizona began enforcing the federal laws on immigration. O’s admin sued Arizona and won at the Supreme Court who ruled that the power to decide who can enter and remain in the country and who cannot rests solely with the president.
Congress set up the court system, they can dissolve it. Sorry, go look at the case between Obama and Arizona. Also, district judges do not have the power to make any judgements affecting anyone other than those in their court rooms. And, they certainly do not have the power to set foreign policy. Their judgements on the president’s treatment of aliens are not with the paper they are written upon.
