Did Nordström et al.'s stunning evidence of mRNA technology (Malone, Kariko etc.) negative effectiveness at 7 months, when added to Hansen's Danish evidence & Buchan et al.'s Ontario study data, show
that CDC, NIH, FDA, NIAID, PHAC etc. were criminals in mandating any mRNA technology injection, that Njoo, Jha, Walensky, Fauci etc. were liars & deceiving the nations, harming people?

The evidence was firm and quickly accumulating that there was subversion and dysregulation of the immune system and that the vaccinated was becoming infected, re-infected, and also severely ill. The vaccinated was harboring massive viral load and transmitting, meaning no mandate was ever substantiated and there was only potential ‘personal’ benefit, and no societal ‘mandate’ benefit. This was never ever a pandemic of the ‘unvaccinated’.

Good question. That's for a court to decide. Not that one ever will. Judges are political hacks. Even the SCOTUS is stacked with RINOs and Dems. However, there appears to be a prima facie case. If they had constructive or actual knowledge of negative effectiveness then they knew that by mandating it people would be harmed. Compare and contrast what they did with what the Rev. Jim Jones did. Rev. Jones too knew when he mandated drinking Kool Aid at the People's Temple that people would be harmed. Approximately 900 people died as a result of his mandate. How many people who took the Malone, Weissman, Kariko et al mRNA based technology jab have died? Based on the data from Skidmore's inappropriatrly retracted paper, it could be conservatively estimated that well over a million Americans have died.
