Does spike protein damage the endothelial layer and endothelial function? Yes! Evidence accumulated early indicate that spike protein is an endothelial pathogen; spike protein from virus or vaccine

‘data reveals that S protein alone can damage endothelium, manifested by impaired mitochondrial function and eNOS activity but increased glycolysis. It appears that S protein in ECs increases redox stress which may lead to AMPK deactivation, MDM2 upregulation, and ultimately ACE2 destabilization…Collectively, our results suggest that the S protein-exerted EC damage overrides the decreased virus infectivity.’
It seems that it is an early 2021 study and the conclusion is that Covid vaccinations should reduce the threat of infection related S Protein harm which - after two years - we now know to be untrue, given that the mRNA tech turns our own bodies into S Protein factories.
This article is so medical that most people won't read or understand it. Would be good to see a summary in lay language that can be shared more easily. I did note that NAC was mentioned as a remediation but it was buried and not easily noted. This goes along with many holistic protocols that people have been using to protect/heal the liver damage which clearly impacts many bodily functions
