A single human male produces enough sperm in two weeks to impregnate every fertile woman on the planet. So Elon could impregnate all fertile women. But why doesn't he just aim to impregnate all women with clones of himself? There are technical and ethical problems but if anyone could overcome these it's Elon.
From a purely biological perspective it makes absolute sense for a man to impregnate as many women as possible to perpetuate his DNA beyond his own life. From the female biological perspective it makes sense only to be impregnated by the very best male available whether in intelligence, strength or wealth in order to ensure that her progeny have the best chances possible to survive and thrive. What Musk is doing makes sense in an amoral biological way but he also had the resources to ensure that all his children and their respective mothers have a decent life. His behavior is morally repugnant but not prohibited by our current legal system.
Musk is entitled to his private life, which includes sex and what he pays out of his pockets for the results. Doesn't need to be broadcast. The same go for the women that have been in his life and his pockets, which are quite deep. At least he appears to support the offspring, which is more than be can said for many fathers these days.
