EBM has died!: mRNA vaccines by Pfizer & Moderna DO NOT reduce mortality in POOLED meta-analysis; the vaccine makers knew this as did FDA; EUA was a criminal step; 'symptoms' was NOT the key
Evidence-based medicine (EBM) is dead! EBMers killed it! We DID not need these vaccines for this COVID virus; what this analysis below shows is that the mRNA vaccines are a disaster
The real issue is EBM has destroyed it’s reputation and quality. It is DOA. It killed itself over COVID.
The other real issue or question is based on the pooled analysis below and seeks to ask, how could the public health leaders, scientists, doctors, governments, and even vaccine developers be pushing these vaccine mandates when there is no mortality benefit (occupies both sides of the line of no effect/null line-no difference)? You mandated vaccines for entire populations based only on symptom reduction? Reducing my cough? My fever? The insanity at what was done here is thick.
Do the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines reduce mortality? Seems no one is interested in answering this, certainly not the vaccine companies who produced vaccines that only dealt with symptom reduction. Did they not think the studies should have dealt with mortality principally? Certainly not the experts in the EBM world for they would have never ever let the substandard sub-optimal Pfizer and Moderna so called RCTs, slip by without savaging them for the junk science they are. Especially the efforts to mislead with the relative risk reduction (RRR) estimates when the absolute risk reduction (ARR) was the estimate of effect most important. What about the 3400 or so participants excluded from one vaccine developer’s analysis? Why has the EBM world sat silent, when as we showed, once we back calculate, the 95% RRR declines to 19%, not even reaching the 50% threshold for EAU. Something stinks to high heavens.
In another time, when money and grants was not the focus, the vanguards of the EBM world would have torn up these two corrupted mRNA studies and ran meta-analysis out of the wazoo and published in all the corrupted medical journals…they would have published repeatedly showing the failures for they love their meta-analysis…but that’s in another era, for the era of corrupted science, research grants for COVID bogus research etc. is the new dame in town and this is where all the love is…there is no more love flowing for proper science and proper RCTs methodologically and proper analysis. Ah well, we will still try to take a look, while recognizing the underlying studies are corrupted and bogus to begin with. EBM world loves to pool, so we will pool for more power, to increase precision, and to arrive at a more robust pooled estimate of effect. Small number of events and small number of studies, in some sense weak sub-optimal methodology for both trials.
Bottom line: EBM is dead. Embarrassingly so.

The pooled estimate of effect is RR 1.03, 95% CI of 0.63 to 1.71, meaning that with these 2 pooled RCTs of 74, 193 patients, there is no difference in vaccine versus placebo in terms of reducing overall mortality, p=0.90
COVID-19 MORTALITY:
We see 2 events total in vaccine group, 5 total in placebo; we see non-significant heterogeneity, p=0.81, I 2 of 0%; studies are comparable
The pooled estimate of effect is RR 0.40, 95% CI of 0.08 to 2.09, meaning that with these 2 pooled RCTs of 74, 193 patients, there is no difference in vaccine versus placebo in terms of reducing COVID-19 mortality, p=0.28
OTHER non-COVID-19 MORTALITY:
We see 11 events total in vaccine group, 12 total in placebo; we see non-significant heterogeneity, p=0.85, I 2 of 0%; studies are comparable
The pooled estimate of effect is RR 0.91, 95% CI of 0.40 to 2.08, meaning that with these 2 pooled RCTs of 74, 193 patients, there is no difference in vaccine versus placebo in terms of reducing COVID-19 mortality, p=0.83
It was known from the beginning that the SARS-CoV-2 virus wasn't a problem for most people, i.e. most people weren't at risk of serious Covid-19...
So how on earth did a plan to jab the entire global population with Covid-19 'leaky vaccines' get off the ground?!?!?!
Unbelievably, it seems a software billionaire, Bill Gates, was the leader of the 'race for a coronavirus vaccine'. Seriously, you could not make this up...
Gates has been influencing international vaccine policy for years, via the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and other organisations such as Gavi and CEPI etc, and of course the WHO. This guy bought his way into dominating policy, with researchers queuing up to latch on to his teat of research funding.
Gates has been able to indulge his plans to rule over international vaccination policy, pulling politicians such as Boris Johnson into his orbit.

And now here we are, with dodgy needles in arms all around the world...repeatedly.
HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?!?!?
They knew from the beginning most people weren't at risk, so how on earth have we come to this position with billions of people around the world injected with these defective Covid-19 'leaky vaccines'?!?!?
How was it decided to go ahead with this 'vaccine solution'? Did people sit around a table and discuss this? Specialists in infectious diseases for instance?
It doesn't seem so...it seems they just ran with the Covid 'vaccine' from the beginning - e.g. the Oxford/AstraZeneca 'vaccine' was already off the ground in January 2020...isn't that interesting?
It's time to look back on all this now...time for retrospective critical analysis of this biggest debacle of all time.
It seems to me the UK was instrumental in getting the 'vaccine solution' underway, before the United States' 'warp speed'.
Let's have a look at that now... For instance how did an ethics committee approve the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine trials in healthy people aged 18-55 years? Why were trials conducted in this age group, when this age group was not primarily at risk of Covid-19?
Similarly, how did an ethics committee approve trials in children?

Another big question is how 'leaky vaccines' were deliberately spread around the world - was this done deliberately to create massive lucrative repeat 'vaccine' markets?

This is such a diabolical scandal...and to top it all, so many people have been pressured, coerced and manipulated into submitting to these rubbish and potentially dangerous injections, i.e. trashing 'valid voluntary consent'.
Consider Australia for instance - is this country the most Covid-jabbed in the world, under mandates? Supposedly Australia is a liberal democracy, but state governments and territories here decreed that the Covid jabs were mandatory across a range of occupations, with some such as Victoria and Western Australia insisting the Covid jabs were compulsory to do just about anything in society, e.g. go to restaurants, entertainment venues etc. Unjabbed people have even had trouble accessing medical services.
Those critical-thinking people who were obviously unable to give their consent to these highly questionable medical interventions against a disease which wasn't a risk to most people, which purport to provide 'protection' of very limited duration, were punished and excluded from civil society. How evil is this, discrimination and segregation in what was once the free country of Australia?
And where was the evidence supporting the mandates? I've asked for it repeatedly, as have many others, but nothing has been forthcoming...
Millions of people in Australia have been pressured, coerced and manipulated into submitting to the dodgy Covid jabs, and the medical 'profession' has been complicit in making the people comply.

Now what lies ahead, with reportedly over 95% of the Australian population 'fully vaccinated'? What does it mean to be repeatedly jabbed with 'leaky vaccines' against a disease it was known wasn't a problem for most people, particularly children? What will this mean for the natural immune response? Will the jabbed people be compromised by these 'leaky vaccines'?
This is an experiment, the biggest experiment of all time...conducted without authentic 'valid voluntary consent'.
It's the biggest crime of all time, the most grotesque exploitation of people...and so many have sat on their hands and let it happen.
Outstanding article, one of the most important ones, for me. I was a RN for more than 30 years and I had the opportunity to have practiced when EBM was strictly adhered to. By the time I retired 10 years ago, I had already practiced on the front lines of AIDS and was completely unimpressed with Fauci's horrific actions throughout the late 80's & early 90's. I had observed a much less competent FDA & CDC, compared to the 70's. Notably, a gradual loosening of high standards concerning delivery of patient care throughout the entire health system was escalating in the past 20 years. I have trouble expressing how painful it's been, for the past 2 1/2 years, to see how thoroughly successful they have been in killing EBM and the true evil involved in doing so. This was entirely purposeful, imo. I no longer trust my own physicians.
All my physicians are an hour away @ Scripps Hospital System & Scripps Green Hospital. The finest of the fine, but no longer, imo. To this day, the insane CMS standard hospital approved treatments which Medicare will pay for an ICU covid patient are lethal. Of course, they all know this and they continue to refuse to modify their protocols based on the only standard, EBM. I'd be petrified to be a patient these days.
Very grateful that you have published all of these very disturbing facts that all must acknowledge if our society is ever to once again have a safe and effective public health care system. Crimes against humanity have been widespread and accountability must follow. It still very much feels like we are living in a full blown mass formation psychosis.
