Injectable vaccines do not directly produce secretory antibodies in the nasal pharyngeal cavity. Those antibodies are what are needed to stop infection. This is why in theory nasal spray vaccines best
Thank you for sharing. When I saw the headline I thought this might be another well deserved hit piece on Fauci. And while he certainly is at fault, your explanation of why these vaccines were/are the wrong path is strikingly simple.
As I read, I thought of Dr. McCullough, who early on recommended a simple nose spray regimen to prevent the virus from spreading to the lungs.
I think what you have written may be the knob that turns momentum in “our” direction. I can’t believe any good medical doctor or layman could read what you have shared and still be pro-vaccine.

I have a question, for my own understanding. I’ve often heard it said that you can’t vaccinate against a respiratory virus with an injected vaccine, and I totally understand about IgA/IgM/IgG antibodies and it makes total sense….but what about measles? That is transmitted via respiratory system, and the vaccine seems to work well (although it doesn’t mutate as much, admittedly)

We used Bactrim, in both the IV and oral formulations for Pneumocystis and Toxoplasma prophylaxis and treatment, from the very beginning of the AIDS epidemic and were completely unimpeded from doing so. Don't get me wrong, I lost all respect for Fauci,a long time ago, but I think he has larger mistakes to be laid at his feet. No reason to give his sins any cover, by being charged with peddling fake-news.

Problem is if the doctors, etc. don't kiss okoles, they are threatened to lose their jobs, licensure, everything.

Maybe I missed something, but what was the deal with Fauci & Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole (Bactrim)?
He did the same as with HCQ...banned it for treatment.
