It's very troubling to read an article with quotes from such uninformed OB-GYNs. I have no doubt that's why you posted it. It's important to be aware of how captured by pharma the OB-GYN specialty is, including the current president of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, who is quoted in the Medscape article.
A couple points come to mind:
As soon as a doctor uses the term "pregnant person," as each doctor quoted in this article does, I immediately downgrade my opinion of his competence.
I don't believe that pregnant women are at "greater risk of severe disease or complications from covid," as these covid jab-pushing doctors keep claiming.
I tend to believe that a pregnant woman's risks are more dependent upon her general health and co-morbidities, such as obesity, than the mere fact that she is pregnant - as pregnancy risks have always have been dependent upon the pre-existing health of the mother and her intrinsic susceptibility to disease.
That said, I believe the data is clear that she and her baby are more at risk from the covid jabs themselves, particularly since, at this point, there has been almost universal exposure to covid and herd immunity is already at work. Moreover, a pregnant woman is more at risk of dying from, or killing her baby from, agreeing to get a covid jab. Her future fertility is also at risk.
These recommendations are clearly irresponsible based upon widely available overwhelming reliable data the doctors quoted apparently refuse to consider.

I have always believed that it is highly undesirable to contract respiratory infections during pregnancy and am concerned about the long term effects of those
