Read the study carefully. The antibodies were non-neutralizing for the variants. In addition, cellular immunity measured by IFN-γ production was also severely curtailed against variants. So in summary, great jab lab data against viruses that don’t exist anymore, at least in the lab dish. But in real life? Not even that and lethal, to boot. Can you say antigenic imprinting?
I'd really like scientists to find out if getting the infection itself also reprograms the innate and adaptive immune responses. Because so many of us who are not injected but have been ill with Covid including Omicron feel like we have been damaged immunologically too.
