Gruesome Newsom's California: "California passes bill to punish doctors who dissent from government-approved COVID-19 narrative"; AB 2098 would make health care professionals accused of spreading
misinformation or disinformation about COVID-19 liable to disciplinary action from Medical Board of California for "unprofessional conduct." That could include suspending or revoking doctor's license
Good doctors better stand up against this BS. I'm so sick and tired of seeing the narrative of dis and mis information, like are they fucking kidding, who buys this crap anymore, and doctors who are taking money from big Pharma and government, do us all a favour and take yourselves out, do not practise medicine anymore because you're frauds and you're killing people.
This coercion strategy has worked in Canada to silence MDs. The College of Physicians & Surgeons lets doctors know, via smoke signals, that their licence to practice DEPENDS on compliance with the inaccurate, unscientific, politicized, and entirely contrived Canadian standards for managing the plandemic. Schools and universities, government offices, and random businesses are all complying with this idiotic assault on human health and civilized society and commerce. Solitary people driving in their cars are WEARING MASKS!
The bill states the determination of whether an opinion is mis or dis information will be determined by "medical consensus" not data. It's outrageous and can't possibly be legal. I hope Doctors have the ability to sue to recover all litigation costs for this ridiculous bill that will inevitably be challenged on many fronts.
Unfortunately, most (but not all) deserve this. Instead of fighting back by choosing their patients lives and welfare, they sold out to big pharma and the hospitals to preserve their careers while being accomplices to mass murder. Do penance, get a spine transplant, grow a pair and stand up or FRO. In any event, allopathic medicine is dead.

And let the mass exodus continue. Now California wants to push their doctors out too. That's fine, unless you live in California. Good for other states, because they'll likely be getting talent that's unwilling to bend to the regime. Cali can keep the doctors that bend their knee.
If these doctors haven't resisted by now, they probably won't. This is the same nonsense pushed by the AMA who is pushed on by big pharma. The truth about the medical establishment and its drug pandering would send the pharmaceutical cartel for a loop. Much of the medical system is built upon legerdemain, not concrete scientific facts and assertions.
The CMA has been useless in this -- the bill is primarily sponsored by the worst Dr. politician in the country, Pan in the CA Senate whom the CMA considers "a friend". Organized medicine thinks this bill is great, even though it vitiates, forever, the doctor patient relationship. Let us keep in mind that all of that "disinformation" has turned out to be true. "Too bad you lost your license, Doctor..." Anyone still a member of their county or state medical association in California, or the AMA (look at their policies and weep) must not care about their patients or the profession.
This is scandalous, but there is no Constitutional guarantee of doctor/patient relationship sanctity. In Nazi Germany the official diktat about what was misinformation and what was not was pushed out to the medical profession and they, sheep-like, just went along. This was the entire source of the Nuremberg trials. You are watching it happen again.
If you live in California and value anything about medical care, you will get on the phone and call Newsom and tell him NO.
But... but...but.... aren't they reading the stats that are coming out? the medical journals reporting? don't they have testimonies of vax injured people? or their collegues dropping like flies?... let's see how they will react to this dictature...

This is absolutely unconscionable and surely unconstitutional. I look forward to it being challenged in court.
