Xaviaer DuRousseau now a huge supporter of POTUS Trump; accused of being an Uncle Tom, House Negro, DuRousseau is unflinching; did not speak to his father for years due to his conservatism
When The NY Times reports a story like this, it is an effort to reinvent what being a Conservative means. This quote is most telling, “Some of these voters, like Mr. DuRousseau, admire both Mr. Sanders, for his authenticity and commitment to the working class, and Mr. Trump, for his disdain for civic institutions and what he considers cancel culture.” The Times, which is not being very timely, first lies to us that Bernie is for the “working class” little guy when he is a Marxist millionaire, whose wealth is not that of a self-made man, but that of an Oligarch who is staging rallies against “Oligarchy.” Then The Times tries to fake us out that Trump is really a rebel/anarchist. Conservatives are NOT anarchists. If they were, why would they cling to the Constitution and Bill of Rights? Hummmm? The Times is disingenuous, fake, and corrupt liars. What a waste the poor people who actually pay to read their crap. Are they the newspaper that got a DOGE hit after Musk dismantled USAID showing thousands of dollars were being spent on a leftist rag newspaper subscription? (It was nearly half a mil. If I remember it.)
Anarchists believe that government and the state are inherently evil and need to get out of the way, by being abolished. They believe that representative democracy is a fraud and that the only true democracy is direct, participatory democracy in which everyone can vote on propositions, which today means voting online, if they want to.
Anarchists are similar to objectivists and Ayn Rand influenced libertarians except that anarchists see no need for the state to exist in order to manage and direct the police, military and judiciary. Right wing anarchists believe the police, judiciary and military should be operated by private individuals or corporations
Anarchy—another name for mob rule. Right wing anarchy? What a bunch of crap. Right wing has no relation to anarchy and lawlessness. That is like suggesting Hitler was right wing. What rules/laws did Hitler follow? https://www.historytoday.com/archive/hitler-and-law-1920-1945
Right wing anarchism = anarcho-capitalism. Its adherents consider the state to illegitimate, lacking in any de jure authority, possessed only of power, much like a robber baron. They would consider you, and libertarian conservatives and objectivists, to be much the same thing as a communist. If a majority vote decided that you were to be shot for beingba communist, you would be shot.
Under anarchocapiltalism, the highest bidder (e.g., Elon Musk) would operate the police, judiciary and military and it would be user pays. People would pay for you to be shot.m Laws would be decided on by all affected, something easy to do in a modern technological society
The book described at the second link sets out their argument that anarchism is the same think as the classical Greek notion of "democracy."
A GOOD DEAL OF AFRICAN AMERICANS HAVE WOKEN UP TO THE FACT THAT THERE WERE BEING REPLACED BY ILLEGAL MIGRANTS BY THE VERY PARTY THAT ONCE WAS THEIR HERO
"If a person is not a liberal when he is twenty, he has no heart; if he is not a conservative when he is forty, he has no head.’ OR ‘If my son is not a liberal when he is twenty, I will disown him; if he is not a conservative when he is forty, I will disown him then.’
And other variants, I am sure.”W. Gurney Benham‘s Book of Quotations cites French premier and historian Francois Guizot (1787-1874), translating his statement as “Not to be a republican at 20 is proof of want of heart; to be one at 30 is proof of want of head.” Benham asserts that “Clemenceau adopted this saying, substituting ‘socialiste’ for ‘republicain. ‘”
But I was delighted to find that John Adams had expressed a similar idea well before Guizot entered adulthood. Thomas Jefferson preserved this quip, writing in a 1799 journal that Adams had said: “A boy of 15 who is not a democrat is good for nothing, and he is no better who is a democrat at 20.”
A lot of Sanders supporters voted for Trump. They don't think Trump is an anarchist (as in wants humans to organize their affairs wihout government and bureaucracies and wants to abolish and replace them). They see Trump as a disruptor who challenges the status quo and opposes globalization.
Bernie doesn’t challenge the status quo? He is the status quo. He is 83 and has been in politics all his life never having worked a real JOB or even created one other than bilking taxpayers through some uninspiring socialist scheme. He has no idea what it’s like in the real world. He has no idea how to make a country better because he never actually worked at it. Talk about a Swamp rat.
We need more people like Mr. DuRousseau who are not afraid to do research of various sites to come to an answer to a question they have and to never stop asking questions. Critical thinking has become a lost art and I love when I see young people that are trying to carry on what I have been preaching about for some time due to the sad school systems we have that were in effect even when I was in school. Also, I admire him for not being afraid to change his mind about something and to admit his previous views maybe weren't exactly right, Thank you to him for being honest to himself and helping others see the bigger picture! I appreciate him and what he has done!

Bravo Mr. DuRousseau, seeking truth he matured and grew intellectually. God bless him.
Matured, but not off of the plantation yet if he still thinks Marxist Bernie Sanders is a good guy.

I am glad people have been waking up to the truth. Bernie's socialism doesn't work very well.
I love Xavier!! I'm so fond of unity instead of division. I wonder how often people wake up researching their supposed enemies
