HHS/RFK Jr. were never going to ban the Jabs for this coming Fall/Winter season when Big Pharma has past evidence of benefit (hasn't yet been refuted formally). There was too short notice.
HHS/RFK Jr. has several options to reign in Moderna.
These vaccines are not due to be out until early Fall - possibly late August based on 2024 for the 24-25 formulation.
RFK Jr. can still give Moderna more time to do the placebo testing or else threaten to further restrict their usage.
As I understand the way things are now, the new 25-26 formulation will only be universally available for ages 65 and over.
It is not approved for under age 12.
For ages 12 through 64 it will only be available by their physician approval citing a specific risk/comorbidity (that is by prescription).
HHS/RFK Jr. need to repeat the latter, and enforce it.
RFK Jr. can also order an NIH placebo study, with the results affecting the future of the Jab.
I think Moderna would rather conduct their own placebo study than risk an honest NIH study.
I also like the idea of HHS/RFK Jr. immediately terminating the EUA for all Covid vaccines, based on the latest Omicron viruses being more like a cold. Trump/Susie should go along with this.
By ending the EUA, HHS/FDA would require Modern/Pfizer list/cite all the side effects and have inserts with the side effects. Physician would think twice before prescribing.

I'm sure RFK Jr. is aware, but the study didn't include children, seniors or determine whether the flu vaccine lessened the severity of the flu.

However, I am concerned that if it was proven that the traditional flu vaccine wasn't effective, Big Pharma would push harder for an mRNA vaxx, that could be more rapidly adapted for the current strains in circulation.

COVID-19 mRNA Injection Without Placebo-Controlled Trial is a blatant quid pro quo in "exchange" for the merely theatrical denial of authorization for Moderna's also entirely unnecessary avian flu 'vaccine.'
We are perhaps expected to react as follows: "At least the FDA quashed the avian flu jab." And look the other way.
This new approval is a slap in the face to the American public. A death sentence for some, a life of disability for others.
This is a BLA product. Is it going to be protected by PrEP? If not on the schedule, does it have any liability shield at all? If HSS doesn't want to go hardball and remove theae from the market, at least put them out without liability shields.

Studies have shown that SENIORS are 29% MORE LIKELY to get the "flu" AFTER taking a "flu shot". NO efficacy AT ALL, but even worse, it causes HARM.
