The right-wing populist National Rally (RN), the hard-left La France Insoumise (LFI) and the right-wing Republicans (LR) all united to vote against the policy.
🇫🇷 Yesterday the French National Assembly prevented the reintroduction of the vaccine passport for minors, international, & domestic travel after an amendment was put in by @dupontaignan. A major defeat for despot @macron and a major win for the people!

Our friends in the Uk took part in the Novovax study. When they could not get a covid pass to travel to france last year, because Novovax had not been approved in the UK, they took one of the mRNA vaxxes (2 shots). They have since been boosted, for a whopping total of five shots each and they have both had covid post vaxx. The silver lining, if there is one, is they were able to get their valuable vaxx passport to get into France. Just think, if they had waited a few more months, they could have travelled to France vaccine free. God, what a nightmare.
