I subscribed in November after the price reduction. Even though I read about 10 different substack accounts per day, Dr. Alexander's is the ONLY one I pay for --precisely because he is willing to share all his posts free of charge to ALL of us starving for the most up-to-date, truthful, sometimes very complex medical information about covid -- all in ONE source. Even those of us who have the ability to read and understand technical scientific journals do not have the time or resources to seek them out, compile them, and summarize them like Dr. Alexander does. It's my pleasure to contribute to this valuable resource with my paid subscription. (I also asked my husband to give me Dr. Alexander's book as a Christmas present.) Having been a direct, personal advisor to our President Trump, he also has a unique insider's perspective of the 'palace intrigue' in early 2020.
And, it's my personal opinion that Dr. A's generosity in sharing his immediate, emotionally honest reactions in real time is unsurpassed by any other eminent scientist in this field. Moreover, supported by his readers, he is not beholden to any 'authority' with a subversive agenda. I only wish I had discovered his substack sooner.
Dr Alexander - I am truly grateful that you will continue to offer a free substack. I read every single thing you post, but after having lost my job at 61, (in Italy), I have very limited funds. If I could, I would definitely have a paid subscription, but I simply cannot. Thank you so much for all you do and long may you continue to inform us and fight for us.
