Andrew Sullivan is another one of those failed National Review guys who just can't help themselves in viewing everything Trump in a negative light. He and others of his ilk want to 'punish' Putin, but they themselves hide behind their keyboard. He's had 3 years to go over and serve in Ukraine. Yes, the voters don't want the illusion of the West that Sullivan, Bolton, Goldberg and others sold for decades at NR/NRO. Because we rescued Europe two times last century doesn't mean we have to be on the hook perpetually. Until these neocons and neolibs understand that we have to stop pushing Russia east, they will continue to wail and gnash their teeth. Are their other NRO-ers from the past that we need to be inflicted with? Please no Andy McCarthy.

I don't buy that Trump "had contempt for the protestors at Tiananmen Square" To the contrary, he is a fighter for what is right. His point was NOT that the protesters were wrong and that the Chinese government was right. To the contrary he even stated "Then they were vicious, they were horrible." So don't accuse him, of siding with the unjust ant-freedom fighters. He was making a point that if you show strength people will respect you. "They put it down with strength. That shows you the power of strength. Our country is right now perceived as weak." Nowhere in this do I see him praising the Chinese government for their actions. He was making a point and as usual, people pick and choose what they want to hear in order to accuse him of wrongdoing.
