Leaked internal document to Jim Torma (Chafian) shows us what we feared all along, that the COVID Freedom Fighter movement was & 'is' GRIFTER laden (Hamachek, Vandersteel etc.), people who used it to
enrich themselves with DONOR money; Zev, public, people harmed & hurt by COVID, from lockdowns to the devastating medical management (midazolam, Remdesivir, ventilator) to mRNA vaccine were the LOSERS
Dr. Zev Zelenko and his family were violated here. I leave you to judge.
This internal letter shows us what we feared, that COVID and the Freedom Fighter movement is comprised of grifters and grafters who have used it to make money, never ever for the benefit of the public. Doctors, scientists, donors now are part of this (and we do have some really honest humanity-laden doctors and scientists as part of the fight but we do have many leeches, grifters), weilding power with donor money, and again, leaving the public in the cold. Self-enrichment. This substack is not to name those names, but to put them on notice. Good donors have no idea their money is being quasi stolen. It’s a scheme to benefit con men and con women, I call them bandits, and I am using gentle words here. Somehow, the message went out when the public was devastated by COVID, for some to develop schemes to make money, lying to the public, just to get into the pockets of people, taking a catastrophic situation of pain and basically stealing people’s money.
The public really does not know the extent of the leeching and pimping. COVID is dead, its done, yet there are many still who will not let it die because they need to keep enriching for before COVID, even as scientists and doctors and real estate people and camera people and quasi media wanna be people etc., they were talentless and empty and looked to COVID to quickly fatten up.
They did just that.
As an example below and Jim Torma, UNCHAINED podcast, will unfold the minutia as he choses.
Actual letter leaked to Torma (investigative journalist) from the inside, by people close to Hamachek, and Vandersteel, from Cindy Chafian:

‘March 15, 2023
Dear Ann,
I am writing to you with a heavy heart as we are not only colleagues but also friends. Recently, I received a letter from Foster Coulson, President of ZLabs, which has left me in an untenable situation. Before I proceed, let me state that I hold you in high regard and know you to be a principled, strong, intelligent, and determined woman.
However, recent events have shocked me, and I have witnessed you being manipulated by someone who, in my opinion, is acting in his own best
interest and that of his personal associates. These events have caused division and turmoil within the foundation named after Dr. Zelenko, and I am sure he would not be pleased with what has transpired.
I am also aware of Rinat Zelenko’s requests for you to step down from the foundation, as well as her letter to Brent concerning Dr. Zelenko’s book. I cannot dictate what choice would be best for you in this case; however, it would be
wise to consider all available information when deciding your next steps. We must keep our commitment and ensure that each decision corresponds with honoring the legacy of Dr. Zelenko since we are entrusted with running his
organization responsibly and ethically. If either of these letters were to be made public, that legacy would forever be tarnished with these sordid affairs. We are duty bound to do what is in the best interest of this foundation and
everything we do should be done with the assumption that our actions will reflect either positively or negatively on the legacy of Dr. Zelenko.
As the Executive Director of The Zelenko Freedom Foundation, it is my responsibility to draw your attention to the issues I have surrounding the actions taken and several events that have transpired over the last several months regarding the management of the foundation. Upon receipt of the letter and a subsequent conversation with Foster Coulson, I am left with no choice but to address what I feel are detriments to the operational management of the foundation. As the leadership team of this organization, we cannot ignore these issues or make justifications for them. It is our duty to stand for the truth, not only for Dr. Zelenko's legacy but also for the foundation that bears his name. It is unconscionable to risk these values for someone who, in my opinion, is not acting in the best interest of either. At this point I don’t know what the truth is and I’m simply asking for transparency.
To avoid any additional drama and to clear up any accusations of impropriety, mismanagement, or other claims brought, we must open everything up to analysis.
To move forward, we must address several issues pertaining to the foundation and how it’s been operating and managed. We cannot obfuscate, make excuses, or justify anything. The only way to continue the mission is to immediately deal with the following:
Zelenko Book. Regarding the Zelenko book, I have had concerns about the legal ownership of the book since November. It seems implausible that Brent Hamachek, who has ghostwritten books for prominent figures, is the sole owner of a book authored by Dr. Zelenko. Furthermore, I find it peculiar that neither Dr. Zelenko's family nor estate have any rights to the book. Despite raising these questions, I was not given a satisfactory answer and was instead dismissed and misled.
It is now come to my attention that the family and Zlabs is pursuing legal action against Brent Hamachek for the theft of property. This should be of grave concern to you and the foundation bearing Dr. Zelenko’s name.
Common Ground Campus. There are several conflicts of interest, improprieties, and breaches of confidentiality, private benefit, and inurement associated with Brent Hamachek's involvement in Common Ground Campus. As the founder and
primary driving force behind the company, Hamachek remains closely tied to its planning, execution, and oversight, which raises questions about personal gain. Additionally, it appears that personal donations made to Common Ground
Campus by Brent Hamachek and his associates may be structured as "pass-throughs" to provide tax benefits for the donor, rather than benefiting the organization itself. Allowing tens of thousands of dollars to be funneled through a non-profit named after a truth-seeker for the personal benefit of a board member is not only unethical but also illegal.
Despite your assertions that this has been cleared through counsel, I am not confident that all information and details have been disclosed. As a result, I recommend that if Brent Hamachek is found to be a legal member of the board, he be removed immediately to avoid further conflicts of interest.
Brent Hamachek as a legal board member. The foundation originated with two founding board members (Ann Vandersteel and Kevin Jenkins) who act as Co-Chairs. Sometime in mid-fall 2022, began participating in our weekly team
calls. I later learned that Brent Hamachek was to be added as a board member but no vote was ever taken to initiate this. In mid-November, some issue regarding the book came up and it was my understanding that Foster required Brent
to step down and away from the foundation. Plans to include Brent on the IRS paperwork remained in effect, however a resignation letter from Brent Hamacheck, dated November 30, 2022, stating his resignation from the board of directors, effective December 31, 2022, was given to both you and Kevin, which you both accepted. According to the organization's By-laws, a vote must be taken to add anyone to the board, and to my knowledge, this was never done.
Therefore, regardless of whether our IRS 1023 application, dated December 15, 2022, listed Brent Hamachek as a board chair, his resignation letter, effective December 12, 2022, supersedes this. Consequently, I question the legality of his
position.
Funding by ZLabs. I have heard several frustrations regarding the lack of continued funding from Zlabs, with accusations and claims made against the organization's leadership for their failure to follow through on promised funding. As far as I recall, Zlabs had made it clear that Brent Hamachek was not to be affiliated with the organization, although I am unsure if this was a requirement for funding. Regardless, it is our responsibility to respect the demands of the parent company and comply with their wishes or face the consequences of defiance.
My argument is that we have not acted with honor in this situation, as Hamachek continued to be affiliated with the inner workings of the foundation. It is not unreasonable for Zlabs to have ceased funding in response. While I do not
have all the details about the conversations that took place, if there is conflict between one person and the parent company, it stands to reason that the individual should be the one to step away.
In my opinion, it is absurd that we would sacrifice the funding of the organization to allow a person who may be using it for personal gain to remain associated.
The removal of Kevin Jenkins as Co-Chair. Per the by-laws, a 20-day notice is required for any meeting with the intent of removing a board member. However, this was not done in the case of Kevin Jenkins, and it does not seem that you, as
the sole legal member of the board, had the authority to do this. If my concern regarding the legality of Brent Hamachek as a member of the board is accurate, given his resignation letter effective December 31, 2022, and to my knowledge,
no actual vote to reinstate him was taken between yourself nor Kevin Jenkins.
This calls into question Brent’s legal standing as a member of the board and his ability to legally vote on foundation issues. It is imperative that we adhere to
by-laws and protocol. Removing a board member requires proper and legal execution.
Foundation affairs. Conversations between board members related to foundation business, legal affairs, etc. have occurred offline and without the involvement of the Executive Director or other board members. This violates the by-
laws and needs to be addressed. As the executive director, I am responsible for providing oversight in all dealings of the foundation. I cannot do this if I am not party to those conversations and left to rely on hearsay.
Our legal partnership and relationship with ZLabs. This has been unclear since last summer, and I have never received a logical answer as to why there is no guidance from ZLabs or why no one from their organization is a member of the
board. It is standard practice for one or more members of a parent company to sit on the board of directors, and it is expected if the majority of the funding comes from that company. Therefore, I feel we must add one or more members
of their choosing to provide oversight and assist in the audit of our financials as well as to provide input as to their vision of the foundation.
Transparency regarding foundation financials. I have never been given access to the bank accounts, and therefore I am unable to provide oversight. It is my responsibility as the Executive Director, and I am left to trust that the information I am being told is truthful and accurate. However, given the information I have received as of March 15, 2023, I am not confident that this is the case, and I will not be responsible for any repercussions of decisions made without my knowledge.
To remedy this situation, I propose the following:
• We immediately offer to reinstate Kevin Jenkins as Co-Chair of the board of directors for the Zelenko Freedom Foundation.
• Brent Hamachek immediately resigns as detailed above.
• We immediately instate two members of the ZLab team to sit on the board.
• We immediately offer a seat as non-voting members of the board to Rinat Zelenko and Frank Zelenko as
representatives of the family since the foundation is named after their husband and brother.
• We immediately allow an audit with oversight of our financial dealings and an accounting of all funds with appropriate program allocation. This includes providing access to the financial statements going back to the
founding of the organization to myself as well as the ZLab financial team.
• We develop a concrete vision, plan, and goals for the foundation.
• We pause all outside projects, activities, engagement until we can clearly detail and outline our programs, initiatives, and goals. This includes developing processes and benchmarks to measure program efficacy and value.
As I mentioned in a previous letter; when I was brought on, I was honored to be affiliated with an organization dedicated to preserving the legacy of a man who stood for truth, courage, and commitment to the people. In my opinion, the way
that the internals of the foundation have been managed have not honored him and have in fact, done a disservice to his name. We owe it to him to not create any negative stigma attached to his name. We must honor Dr. Zelenko and
remain committed to his legacy. If you ask yourself what would Dr. Zelenko do in this situation? We both know the answer to this. We must bring everything to light and act in honor and transparency. If truth is to be spread like a
mantra, let it begin here.
I pray that you give everything I’ve detailed above considered thought. It is my hope that you do ask yourself “What would Zev do?” when responding to my concerns. I look forward to hearing your response.
In light and truth,
Cindy Chafian
Executive Director
The Zelenko Freedom Foundation’
Dr Jane Ruby told her followers that she would not be ordering product from them . It took months and was damaged. She said the organization was not being run properly. Even though she loved Zev, she knew something was wrong. Grifters everywhere
Maybe all true. I don’t know about this subject. But Freedom Convoy in Canada was legit. Started international protests. Mandates fell like dominoes. Power of the people.
