What ACTIONS has Meloni taken or is supporting? What individuals and what causes has she aligned herself with? What ideology is she promoting/supporting? THAT'S what really matters.
As for her expressions, seemingly of "disdain, contempt", that could be many things. Maybe Macron rejected her on some matter, or did not invite her into his bed, or ... ... who knows? :-)
