Almost. There is no point to defunding the UN, WHO, etc. We need to exit these organizations and associated obligations so that we are no longer bound by Agenda 2030, the ghastly International Health Regulations and the like.
For example, we are not funding WHO in our budget this year, but we are still woven into their insanity, and will be until we actually leave.
