“On a related note, I learned last night that Drs. Peter McCullough and Harvey Risch have joined a company that is promoting overpriced vitamins, nutraceuticals, and telemedicine. The Wellness Company. This firm is headed up by a physician that was formerly with the Global Covid Summit group, and is now quite antagonistic to us. This firm is controlled by Mr. Foster Colson, head of the Colson group, who has no prior experience in the healthcare industry and no training in healthcare, but who Peter McCullough refers to as a “Social Media Genius.” At a minimum, this represents an undisclosed conflict of interest. The icing on the cake is the rumor that Peter McCullough’s social media guru Carolina Galvin recently received a $250K “grant” from someone to assist with her promotional efforts. Carolina is one of the ones that tried to blackmail me into going on someone else’s podcast, and if I did, she would make all of these attacks go away. And Peter McCullough received $750K from someone. Furthermore, “Dr. McCullough’s Mito Support Formula” was actually developed by Dr. Ryan Cole. Suffice to say, although the above has the appearance of a conflict of interest, I hope and trust that it has had nothing to do with what I have experienced. Right?”

Why would Malone write this? To smear all these good people? He makes you think he is just sharing information but when you read you realize he is slandering and damaging people.

Yes, those are the words of Malone, stepstool Malone…seems to me the words of a petty, childlike, temper tantrum, envious, greedy little man, a man with short-man syndrome, classic. Here he moved to smear McCullough, Coulson, and Galvan in a wicked way…he costed McCullough his income, his reputation…I did not know why McCullough did not bury his ass in lawsuits…Risch too should have sued the little one. It is time too that Galvan takes a restraining order out on Malone, a legal one that would imprison him if he persists in his reckless attacks on her, his smears and slanders.

Carolina Galvan, let me share something: Carolina has been beneficial, instrumental to our Freedom Movement. I can tell you. She has worked with many medical experts. She has worked hard to defeat the censorship of medical voices. Self-funded with her savings, she encouraged many of us to come together and unify in the fight. She unified the doctors as I saw it, she unified the conversation that was dented by tyrannical governments. Despite her efforts to help Malone, to help him launch his image, as he tried to descredit Moderna and Pfizer etc. as he secretly tried to launch his own vaccine, he repeatedly moved to attack McCullough and destroy the movement. para. Carolina describes it whereby Malone was using Galvan to develop his image to take leadership of the movement. To do that he had to destroy McCullough Peter Breggin and Galvan would not have it. Galvan describes it as Malone fixated on destroying the names and images of anyone who he felt should not be leading the Freedom movement, so that he could usurp and assume leadership.

You often saw many Freedom Fighters on huge shows like xxx et al. but you did not see Galvan sitting there with talking points for them…she has been integral and I will not, as a man, sit back as people like Malone et al. move to destroy the name of this woman. What was done to Galvan is shameful. Malone must stop his vicious smearing attacks on Galvan.

Malone has been attacking her relentlessly, destroying her. Malone has doen a good job in smearing Galvan and destroying her name. It is no surprise that Malone’s mysoginy and anti-woman stance glares in his latest attacks on Dr. Wolf (direct, indirect).

This pusillanimous little man Malone wrote in ways as if he is the know-it-all and because he stated it, then its right. This man whose mRNA technology has functioned in the vaccine to kill people. He knew it was unsafe but said nothing when it was needed, he was silent on the reverse transcription of mRNA back to DNA, the lie about mRNA and spike dissolving quickly, the lie about staying at injection site etc. He was silent and we need to know why. His silence killed people. He lied about the vaccine being ‘unambigious’ successful in effectiveness, re hospitilization, deaths etc. para…he knew he lied then.

He Malone assumes he can just smear people and those of you reading this, know my venom to him now is based on the same shit he tried on me, he tried to silence me, to smear me and he caused threats on me and family, and so I will never let him go, never, it was court for me or response, but I decided I will deal with him in the way he likes to hurt people, in media. He is a sick little man. I do not fear him and thank God the judges threw his fraud suits out aginst the Breggins and Ruby etc.

When you read this report by Ealy and you read the words of Malone, is it any wonder that he is despised by so many? He sues and threatens to sue any and everyone who calls his fraud into question and raises questions about the mRNA technology, for IMO, I am not Ealy, I don’t go soft, IMO Malone is a pure 100% fake fraud usurper, hiding in the Freedom Movement so that you would not corner him on his deadly mRNA technology that is in the mRNA vaccines and that has killed thousands. Malone, Weissman, Kariko, Bourla, Bancel, Sahin etc. IMO are murderers, killers! Yes, I said it, I hope one day they pay legally for Malone and this crew have killed people, murdered people!

Malone’s past verbal, written, slanderous etc. attacks on McCullough, on Galvan, on Foster Coulson, on TWC (The Wellness Company) are outrageous from a man who should be on his knees daily begging forgiveness from the public for the lives his mRNA work and his crew have taken. IMO, and all my investigations that far, show me that Malone killed people with his mRNA technology with Weissman and Kariko and others and enabled Bourla and Bancel etc. to complete the job with the death shot, the depopulation slow-kill mRNA bioweapon, binary/tertiary bioweapon.

Malone, Bourla, Bancel, Kariko, Weissman, Sahin et al. are killers! They know it, yet are only concerned with NOBELS, money, grift, fame, power. Murderers they are! They knew 40 to 50 more years of research was needed on safety of mRNA technology to even bring this mRNA to the public and had to be on animals, rodents etc. first. We need to get answers from these demons in courts. Judges.

If anyone falsely accused you of being controlled opposition, wouldn’t you want them to have the integrity to stand by their allegations, step into the arena and reveal who they are?

Being in the arena for as long as I have, I know I would.

I know that allegation would be a challenge…a challenge I would gladly accept.

On October 6, 2021, an ‘organization’ previously unknown to many, and called the Citizen’s Commission to Safeguard Freedom (CCSF), published an inaugural investigative document titled The Themis Report. (Much more on major Red Flags with the CCSF and The Themis Report in a moment.)

I first became aware of this report thanks to an article published on October 14, 2021, by the Children’s Health Defense. The article was titled, “New Report Details Efforts to Infiltrate, Disrupt Health Freedom Movement,” but there was no listed author; instead, the author’s credit goes only to the surprisingly anonymous Children’s Health Defense Team.

“The Citizens’ Commission to Safeguard Freedom has released a report which lays out detailed evidence of disruptive infiltrators who introduce top-down organizational structures that limit discourse and push well-intentioned groups towards right-wing extremism.”

In 2021 and with so much going on, like many freedom fighters, I really didn’t pay much attention to the report because it just wasn’t relevant to my team’s efforts at the time. Like most, I noted that there were three people named (Harry, Gina, and Carolina Bonita/Carolina Galvan). I would be on the lookout for them should I ever come into contact, but that was it.

Fast forward a year to October 3, 2022, and Dr. Robert Malone revisited the likelihood of infiltrators attempting to sabotage the movement in his substack article responding to allegations made against him by Dr. Peter Breggin and titled “Power and Strategy of False Narratives.”

What was curious to me was that at the very end of this article, Dr. Malone made some very serious, where-did-that-come-from allegations against Dr. Peter McCullough. It was strange and definitely caught my eye because this was the first time in a while that I also saw the name Carolina mentioned.

I’m fortunate to call many incredible people in many incredible think tanks, very dear friends.

Some of them absolutely adore Dr. Malone, and I respect their passion and intellect. So, I asked them about Carolina because the quote above felt like an unsubstantiated rumor calling into question the integrity of Dr. McCullough and Carolina Galvan.

Dr. Malone must know how passionate and devoted his audience is to him. He must know that including this paragraph would activate his audience. He’s simply too smart not to realize that. His audience does a wonderful job of defending him when needed, and I respect them for that. I admire loyalty like that. It’s an example I wish we would all take to heart for everyone fighting for freedom and having each other’s backs more than we do.

When I approached my colleagues regarding Carolina, asking if they had proof that she was controlled opposition, many cited The Themis Report. So, I decided it was time to read it and all of the appendices to make my own determination.

7 Red Flags For The Themis Report

Red Flag #1 – The Themis Report Has No Listed Authors

When I assess the factuality of any research paper or ‘report,’ I typically begin at funding statements and conflicts of interest, but that’s because the authors are always already known.

So, the first major red flag I found regarding The Themis Report is that the ‘report’ does not reveal any of the authors.

That’s a gutless, cowardly move by the CCSF, in my opinion. It immediately calls into question the entirety of what was published for me. 

All of us in the arena have risked so much and revealed who we are. We don’t hide, so why should anyone putting out something like this get to? 

No one gets to cast stones without having the integrity to stand tall in the arena. Only cowards cast stones from the shadows…in fact, that’s precisely how our enemies attempt to fight, which is why we can’t allow it to happen in our movement if we are to be living examples of the integrity and transparency we demand.

If you point the finger at people in the arena, then do so in the arena, under the bright lights, and remember this…there are always three fingers pointing right back at you. 

Red Flag #2 – There Are No Funding or Conflict of Interest Statements

I’m a staunch follow-the-money dude.

Show me where the money comes from, and I can tell you what the published document likely says. Money is how once-trusted science journals have become corrupted and weaponized.

Truth never fears the light.

All of the work I have done on COVID from March 12, 2020, forward has been on a volunteer basis for this and other ethical reasons.

I want to be trusted. I’m not here to profiteer off the suffering of others. This means that it is my duty to be transparent and earn the trust of my audience each day anew.

The CCSF does not disclose where their funding for The Themis Report comes from. Impossible to earn trust hiding in the dark.

Red Flag #3 – There Are No People Listed To Be In Charge Of The CCSF

A simple look around the CCSF website will show you that there are no people listed in charge of the entire organization.

It’s as if the CCSF is a shell organization created to publish The Themis Report. Let’s not kid ourselves; that IS possible. If so, for who and why? That’s where my mind explores. 

After all, in over a year, that ‘report’ is their only major production save for two videos featuring a woman that goes by the name Kristen Elizabeth [sp?] and who conveniently never shows her face in the videos or in the arena.

Despite this obvious red flag, the CCSF does request donations, so being the founder and executive director of the Energetic Health Institute, a 501(c)3 Non-profit School, I decided to go to the IRS and GuideStar to look for signs of legitimacy.

Red Flag #4 – The CCSF Is Not Listed With The IRS or GuideStar

Asking for donations, and the organization isn’t even a non-profit? 

To me, this is starting to paint a very concerning picture of the CCSF, and we haven’t even delved into the actual report yet.

Red Flag #5 – Poor Communication

According to the CCSF website, the only means by which a person can get in touch with them is via email at CCSFreedom@protonmail.com.

On October 26, 2022, I sent an email to the CCSF asking simple questions. Who authored The Themis Report? Who funded The Themis Report? Who is in charge of the CCSF? And if I were to donate, where would my money go?

8 Days Later…

[Crickets]

Obviously, the people behind the CCSF want you to trust them, but they don’t want to step into the arena to earn it.

So, I asked a colleague to send them a similar email about the authors. 

This time the CCSF did respond to her. [spelling and grammar errors unedited]

“The Themis Report is not editorial. It is a compilation of evidence. It was put together by a team: of researchers, writers, editors, and tech support. Because it isn’t opinion, but a report compiled of publically available information, and because the subjects are adversarial, we chose to publish anonymously. 

Were opinion included, we would’ve felt it necessary to put a name for the sake of integrity. 

I see via your substack that you are an ally. I appreciate that you have given thorough research treatment to ALL vaccines, not just the recent shot. I, too, have spent a long time generally positioned against the entire vaccine program.”

How interesting that the respondent uses the pronoun ‘I’ but fails to reveal their name?

Unacceptable in the arena. Completely unacceptable. The arena is for the brave and the brave alone.

Red Flag #6 – Baseless Character Attacks On Dr. Angie Farella & America’s Front Line Doctors

Reading through The Themis Report, I was disgusted by the utter lack of substantiation and the predominance of innuendo, screenshots, and opinion masquerading as evidence.

It reads to me more like a high school, ‘he said, she said’ piece of hot garbage if I’m being completely candid.

As I was reading through it, waiting and waiting and waiting for the definitive punch line that never came, I could only think to myself how much I wanted that hour of my life back because I had been completely cheated.

All these red flags…but still, I read it…all of it.

And just when I was about to say enough and move on to something actually productive, I thought, ‘Nope, Doc, read the appendices too. There might be something in there of substance.’

That’s when in Appendix 2 on page 11, I read this.

“Carolina and Angie Farella, along with other AFLDS doctors, are working closely together. Angie Farella’s promotional videos are shot by CGTV (Carolina’s production company). Carolina has a video on her Telegram channel of a “behind-the-scenes chat with Angie” as they get her ready to shoot a video in Carolina’s home. The promotional video that was then created was immediately disseminated nationwide across all WorldwideUSA group channels (see photos above).”

First of all, it’s Dr. Angie Farella…this freedom fighter has earned at least that.

Secondly, what’s wrong with working with anyone to get a message of hope out to the world and save lives in the process?

I know Dr. Farella. She’s a badass momma bear. She’s a Friend of God. And you can find her in the arena.

And to rope in AFLDS after they were the first to make a public stand on the Supreme Court steps during the most hostile period of this fiasco!?

Are you kidding me!?

What the CCSF did here is attempted guilt-by-association, just like our enemy does with their cancel culture bullshit. Come on?!

Red Flag #7 – The CCSF Refuses To Be Transparent

On October 27, 2022, I shared these findings in several think tank groups for consideration and discussion. I value conversation and intellectual discourse, even if I do have a potty mouth.

After not updating their website for months and clearly in response to my findings shared a day earlier, the next day on October 28, 2022, the CCSF issued an update on their homepage to address many of the points I had made, but in doing so only dug their grave further in my opinion.

Again, they do a great job of pointing the finger and casting stones from the shadows while also attempting to defend Dr. Robert Malone and James Heckman, which was a bit strange as they weren’t under attack, to my knowledge.

How interesting that the CCSF still refuses to reveal themselves when given yet another opportunity to do so?

In the arena, behavior like that makes you a coward.

So, tell me why I should trust anything an organization that acts this way, would have to say?

Final Thoughts

Just because you say something is evidence doesn’t make it so. A lie told 1,000 times is still a lie. In the arena, innuendo and lies do not become us.

You want to debate me on this or anything…I’m right here…standing in the arena…and, like Tom Petty, I won’t back down.

It is my hope that Dr. Malone, Children’s Health Defense, and anyone who has promoted The Themis Report as evidence of infiltration re-evaluates their position, re-review this ‘report,’ and publicly retract their support.

It is my hope that anyone filing lawsuits or threatening to file lawsuits against fellow freedom fighters stand down and remember our mission. 

Cut the shit, everyone; this isn’t about you or your feelings…tell me, how does suing a fellow freedom fighter help the children that need us to be at our best?

You file a lawsuit against a fellow freedom fighter, and all you do is our enemies’ work for them.

Personality conflicts are inevitable, and we’re all exhausted…that’s what war is.

I’ve seen enough evidence to know that there have been MANY personality conflicts behind the scenes. I’ve had some myself.

But just because you have a conflict with someone doesn’t make them controlled opposition.

At best, that’s how The Themis Report reads to me. Unsubstantiated allegations wishing they were legitimate evidence.

The measure of a freedom fighter is having the courage to still work with the people we disagree with.

The measure of a true freedom fighter is refusing to put yourself above the divine mission we are collectively on.

We won’t win this war fighting amongst ourselves.

And we won’t win this war defending cowards too afraid to stand in the arena and fight for what’s right.

We win when we hold each other accountable for our actions.

We win when we admit our mistakes and fix them.

We win when we live precisely what we are fighting for.

Truth. Transparency. Accountability. Justice. And Freedom.
