So SAGE again is over the target and I am saying what SAGE has said by asking you to think, but SAGE is saying there was no fucki*g pandemic, come to terms with it…it was all a lie and it is becoming clearer that even those in the Freedom movement for various reasons, I would argue not nefarious but all the same, hurt people, and were part of the lie…IMO. I think SAGE is maybe with a couple others, the most important stack writers, quality, deep thinking…
I will begin a debate shortly that it is the antibiotics within early treatment, PRINCIPALLY, that was the key aspect of early treatment success e.g. doxycycline and that early treatment and even prophylaxis was not meant for low-risk persons and general population and used how it has been…I am saying that IVM etc. may not have been that successful, and any benefit was for high-risk sick people, elderly…that if you recovered taking it, often you would have without and it is due to natural exposure immunity, your own body fighting back and recovering etc.
You may not like what I am saying, but you must have an open mind…remember, the proper large sample sized pragmatic comparative effectiveness research has not been done…but…until you can tease out, control for natural immunity, comorbidities, healthy vaccinee user bias (where healthy persons tend to get vaccinated etc. and this will distort the observational findings), improvement in the health care and treatment across time etc., then you cannot ascribe cause and effect. There is just too much noise in most of the data.
I am not saying there is no role, I am saying it is likely the early success from the anti-infectives was due to the initial serious legacy Wuhan strain and thus early treatment is ideal for sick high-risk but once the virus/pathogen mutated to more infectious yet milder non-lethal sub-variants, it may be that early treatment was not needed. At least across the board and being popped like candy. The good news is that these anti-infectives are safe and do not harm with use. The antibiotics always however are helpful once used judiciously, for bacterial pneumonia secondary to viral infection, and remember, antibiotics carry antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and even anti-viral properties.
It is just something to think about and that is bothering me, I am thinking more and studying this more…but I think there is some issue…I need some more time. Enter the debate if you like, it will help us unpack this.

OK, no pandemic-- I can agree.
But what I can't agree with is the tribalism and intolerance that Sage and others promote, such that anyone who for whatever reason can't accept straight-up-with-no-qualifications whatever Sage says, is somehow part of the problem instead of part of the solution.
Anyone advocating for a government that can't dictate medical measures under any circumstances is part of the solution, period. And yes, that does rule out Weinstein if he continues to bless lockdown policies, because lockdowns can be tools for tyranny, as we saw during High Covid.
Anyone who recognizes that government power to control its citizens has gotten out of hand and needs to be radically pared back is part of the solution. Anyone who sees that local control and autonomy and individual self-determination, not global dictatorship of the WHO (for example) as the path toward well-being, is part of the solution.
