If there is good science and knowledge by Bilbo and I see there is, then the content must be balanced, must be toned down, many will read it and share etc. Allow people to think as they cannot get past the deeply offensive and brutal content against Jews.

This has been a problem I too have run into. The one you high light and others have commented on my posts and a few have left comments on my substack. Regardless of what else they might have said in a comment, I do not respond to their comments that include overt antisemitic statements. However, as I am a first amendment advocate, I do not remove the comments nor ban the commenters. It is their work, not mine. I do not comment on it as I do not want to encourage these comments. I do respond to their comments that do not have antisemitic aspects to them in hopes that they will self correct. To date, I have yet to observe this hoped for result.
It is sad that their hatred clouds taints all they do.
