Interesting that Kinzinger and Liz and Dick Cheney have voiced no criticism of Zelensky's activities in Pennsylvania. He has said that Trump does not know how to end the war in Ukraine and that J.D. Vance is “dangerous” and “too radical.” Kinzinger and the Cheneys would no doubt think it is very appropriate for the foreign leader who has received billions of dollars in funding from the US to turn up in a battleground state in the heat of an election cycle and trash the GOP ticket for president, right after a pro-Ukraine zealot tried to assassinate Trump. Kinzinger and the Cheneys would no doubt also be pleased by the entry into the election of London's moslem Mayor Sadiq Khan who has urged Americans to not vote for Trump.
This all means that Zelensky and Kahn have, in effect, endorses Trump's opponents, the main ones of which are Harris and Walz.
This is similar to Osama bin Laden's past endorsement of Biden.

Endorsements can be explicit or implicit and one does not need to say the words "I endorse" for an endorsement or statement of support to be an endorsement.
