Should have been given out free to everyone.

Cheap, easy, effective.

If it had been about HEALTH, not profits.

I take 5000 of Vitamin D and 2000 Vitamin C along with 500 N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine every day, I also take 1 tsp of Black Seed Oil. I have not had so much as a cold in over 3 years.

I saw an article the other day on why people should stop taking vitamin D....pretty sure it’s the same people coercing the masses to get vaccinated and that lucky charms are healthier than meat. Gaslighting to the nth degree

Don't even need to read it. Been getting sun or taking Vit D (with K2 remember) for years. What is very sad is that NOONE has supported this even with studies to show that it works to strengthen your immune system!!!

Sufficient, vitamin D is essential for good health. If you want to learn why medicine doesn’t understand the true value of vitamin D for good health go to my Substack. thomasabraunrph@substack.com

Dr. Ryan Cole played a clip of Fauci saying he took 8,000 IU of Vitamin D to boost his immune system before Covid came into the picture but he never made a public health message to that effect. Why? He and others don’t want us to stay healthy. He’s going to have to answer for that; if not in this life then in the next. Money and power. That’s their God. 🙏🏼

The more interesting question is: to what extent is vitamin D acting as a proxy for the effects of other parts of sunlight, notably the near infrared spectrum? Equivalently, how does vitamin D supplementation compare to sunlight as a treatment?

People with higher levels of Vitamin D are healthier. ALSO people who excessive outside, drink milk, get NIR from the sun, are healthier. I take a Vit D supplement (with K2), have years before c19. BUT... I have not seen many studies that show Vitamin D supplements decrease mortality. I wish a study would look at people who take supplements vs getting Vitamin D through sun exposure and control for exercise and diet. I suspect supplements are helpful, but not as helpful as the NIR from the sun which have many benefits including melatonin production and collegian production.

Let us notice they used nmol/L, not ng-ml as most of us are used to. 50 ng/ml is the commonly used target for protection from Covid and such. There is a 2.5x difference in the two measurements.
