UPDATED: What We Want (Feb 16/22) and what must be insisted on NOW and with no compromise; and we must have accountability up to jail time; add to this and write your views too

Let us build this document and not much larger but help me refine the language for we need to have it written what we demand now

Updated version with feedback and input from others here and elsewhere, taking this as the most updated version:

A public demand for a response to the pandemic-related crimes committed by our scientists, governments, public health officials, and medical doctors.

Immediately:

End the state of emergency and declare that all emergencies regarding COVID are over. The emergency declaration must be lifted immediately and all reversed. No emergency declaration on the books that were placed there due to COVID, must remain on the books effective immediately. They must be ended. Mandates e.g. vaccine, mask etc. must not be lifted/ended while underpinning emergency declarations remain. Both must be ended immediately. Both go hand-in-hand for the purposes of this document.

Omicron is mild and provides excellent immunization against severe versions of COVID.

The lockdowns, shortages, personnel firings, and school disruptions have done far more damage to the population’s health and welfare than the virus. 

 The state of emergency is not justified by fears of a hypothetical recurrence of a more severe infection at an unknown time in the future.

End the controls, the closures, the restrictions, the plexiglass, the stickers, the exhortations, the panic-mongering, the distancing announcements, the ubiquitous commercials, the forced masking, the vaccine mandates.  End them now! 

Acknowledge that the vaccine has failed, that it DOES NOT stop transmission. Acknowledge that this makes any vaccine mandate moot, absurd, illogical, unscientific, draconian, and with no sound basis. None of the data from the UK, Denmark, Scotland, Israel, or Sweden supports ANY vaccine mandates. For Omicron, infection is driven to the vaccinated and produces negative efficacy.

A declared emergency needs continuous justification, and that is lacking. This is no basis for an emergency--it is over. 

We must immediately move to remove all COVID emergency acts, powers, and directives:

Remove all vaccine mandates

Remove all mask mandates

Remove all testing mandates

Stop any mass testing of asymptomatic persons

Stop quarantine/isolation of asymptomatic persons

Discontinue all vaccine passports

Make illegal:

For any business or anyone, any entity, to ask for any vaccine passport or for anyone to be asked to prove their vaccine status, in any business, plane travel, train travel, any travel, any movement into Canada or within Canada.

To separate, segregate, or demonize due to vaccine status.

Any and all censorship of medical doctors or academic scientists. This includes all funding agencies including universities and hospitals.

Furthermore, we demand:

Hold criminally accountable those who engaged in censorship and violated our right to free speech.

Abolish any and all travel restrictions. Acknowledge that COVID is over and that the vaccine does not stop transmission. Acknowledge that OMICRON is milder than most common colds or seasonal influenzas. These potentially kill children, but OMICRON does not.

Render illegal any and all plans for COVID digital ID tracking. Establish criminal penalties for planning social credit control systems.

We demand the immediate resignation of any public servant (elected and/or appointed) that had or has ties to WEF as it relates to COIVD and the abuses committed.

Make media censorship of any kind illegal and punishable by criminal sanctions.

Remove any and all liability protection afforded to anyone connected with the manufacture, marketing, or administration of all vaccines. Make the penalties criminal rather than civil. These must include decades to lifelong incarceration if defendants are proven to have knowingly produced loss of life or severe injury.

During the public inquiry, immunity must be offered for criminal whistleblowers depending on the case and the value of the testimony.

Due to the abuses seen in COVID, we must immediately pass recall laws for both Federally and Provincially elected officials who have actively and knowingly harmed society.

Reinstate those that have lost jobs due to vaccine mandates

Hold vaccine manufacturers criminally liable for injuries and deaths caused by their products. Penalties must be the same as for Canadian criminals with similar offenses who knew what they were doing beforehand.

Establish an Independent Federal Investigative Body to investigate misconduct during the COVID-19 period

Hold criminally accountable those responsible for overreach and violations of Charter Rights and Freedoms

Hold accountable those who failed to protect our rights and freedoms including law enforcement, legal, media, regulatory agencies, and elected representatives.

Hold accountable public officials whose allegiance is to global and corporate interests rather than in service to Canadians.

Create clear criminal penalties for profiting from public service.

Strengthen legislation and accountability measures to ensure the overreach by government, public health, media and technologies companies never happens again.

Hold responsible any doctor, government body, or medical body who disregarded and subverted the right of parents to make medical decisions for their dependent children.

Hold responsible any entity who disregarded and abused the right of informed consent.

What We Want (Feb 16/22) in response to the wrongs committed for COVID by our governments and public health officials and medical doctors and scientists; all who did wrong

End the state of emergency; declare all emergencies as to COVID OVER; OMICRON provides the exit strategy, the off-ramp given how mild it is.

Given that omicron, with its mild infection, is running its course to the end, there is no justification for maintaining emergency status.

If such a severe new variant were to occur – and it seems unlikely from omicron – then that would be the time to discuss a declaration of emergency.

Abolish all travel restrictions, completely; COVID is over; the vaccine does not stop transmission, and OMICRON is very mild, even less than a common cold or seasonal influenza that kills children, OMI does not.

Abolish any Digital ID tracking strategies now or future as to COVID and any social credit control systems

The immediate resignation of any public servant (elected and/or appointed) that had or has ties to WEF as it relates to COIVD and the abuses committed.

Restore media integrity.

Remove liability protection afforded to vaccine developers and all health care and anyone connected to the vaccines; make it possible to take them into the legal setting for full legal redress, up to jail time if their actions costed lives.

Open avenues where those involved, who took actions that costed lives, can come forward anonymously to bring information and give them immunity; make this a full public inquiry

Due to the abuses seen in COVID, establish Recall Legislation for both Federally and Provincially elected officials and make it recall within 3 months of being elected and immediately on taking any actions that harmed the society

Reinstate and compensate those that have lost jobs due to vaccine mandates

Hold vaccine manufacturers criminally, and legally and financially liable for injuries and deaths caused by their products; if their products costed lives, we hold proper inquires and impose prison sentences as needed if it is shown via proper legal proceedings

Compensate those who lost their businesses due to government overreach.

Hold responsible any government body or medical body or doctor who disregarded and subverted in any manner, the right of parents to make medical decisions for their dependent children

Hold responsible any entity who disregarded and abused the right of informed consent

Omicron is mild enough that most people, even many high-risk people, can adequately cope with the infection. 

Omicron infection is no more severe than seasonal flu, and generally less so. A large portion of the vulnerable population in the developed world is already vaccinated and protected against severe disease.

We have learned much about the utility of inexpensive supplements like Vitamin D to reduce disease risk, a reduction in body weight, and there is a host of good therapeutics available to prevent hospitalization and death should a vulnerable patient become infected. And for younger people, the risk of severe disease – already low before omicron – is minuscule.
