If you’re a victim or someone you know died or is still a victim living...get all the records. Hold them dearly...because after 10 years they can legally destroy them. If you don’t have them in your possession...then you have no case. Patience is something they don’t have. Once locked in the WHO they think that will save them. Bug the hell out of your reps and tell them HELL NO TO THE WHO AND MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND. EXIT THE DAMN WHO!
