Why wouldn't an Israeli soldier use a Palestinian as a human shield? Wouldn't that stop Hamas from killing both of them? I think we both know the answer to that. Hamas puts no value on Palestinian lives.

We have a weak President who refuses to condition our aid to Israel on attention to the American hostages, in part because Team Biden does not care at all about Americans. Not hostages. Palestinians released in exchange for innocent Israeli hostages were convicted prisoners.

I believe I read 14 Thai "workers"(?) were released first in a separate negotiation. 13 Israeli women and children were to be released next.
