With a dose of D3 that high i would also suggest K2 with it

You are right about K2. Also have just recently read that magnesium should also be taken alongside Vitamin D. They all act synergistically.

yes i take it before bed, the best type is magnesium bisglyconate if taken as a supplement but you can do magnesium foot baths or mag sprays, i find them to be drying to my skin though.

I’m a pharmacist (retired). I mean no offense at all, correcting spelling is not normally my thing 😬

It’s Pepcid (famotidine)

And thank you, I appreciate your posts.

Unfortunately, I can’t take Pepcid as I’m already on a proton pump inhibitor for gastritis. I do take Claritin (H1) seasonally, but I’ve decided to continue through the pandemic. I have all the other nutrients, plus IVM (for prophylaxis & treatment) and other inflammatory pathway blockers as prescribed by a Dr for a “just in case” scenario. Kinda want to get C19 now though and get it over with. I have no co-morbids and have a 45+ yr history of consistent exercise at age 62 🤷‍♂️

I’m curious - why can’t you take famotidine (a histamine H2-receptor antagonist) while on a proton pump inhibitor? They have completely different mechanisms for suppressing stomach acid and don’t interfere with each other.

Not sure you really need it, though.

I’ve taken both for years (on rec of GI doc for severe reflux); I’m also a pharmacist. (Just fyi, I alternate them PPI am and dinner, H2A noon and bedtime.)

You may have a point there, but it’s a question Drs have answered by saying they don’t work together. Perhaps it was only in the context of acid reduction under the assumption that a given level of stomach Ph alteration might have harmful effects. I really don’t need it like you said, but over a short course of 7-10 days it probably wouldn’t be that harmful

I certainly hope Senator Tubeville from Alabama has access to this info. When he asked Dr. Walensky what he should do if he gets sick and she told him to go home and stay quarantined until the symptoms go away… I was flabbergasted. After 50 years as a practicing nurse, I have NEVER heard any doctor give such inhumane, incorrect, and ignorant advice. I am blessed to have worked through the golden years of medicine when doctors and nurses saw their calling from God and their patients as precious gifts to be healed, protected, and cherished.

Povidone-Iodine worked excellently for me. It was gross to use as you have to suck it through and spit it up but helped clear up my infection. Symptoms were mild and never measured a temperature. Tested negative for the antigen on the seventh day but I was back to exercising on day 3. I wasn’t testing daily as I didn’t want to waste them but i probably could have tested negative earlier in the week. Brain fog was worse than the sniffles. That is fairly gone now two weeks after initial symptoms. NAC, Black Cumin Seed, and selenium are in my arsenal as well.

I like how you think! I encourage everyone to have their kit at home and start on the d-c-zinc-quercetin ASAP. Via telemedicine I prescribe ivermectin for people to put in their “just in case” kit. Remote health solutions.

People should NOT be diluting hydrogen peroxide with tap water and then putting it up their nasal cavity. Only use distiller water or water that has been boiled properly as to kill any harmful organisms in it.

Great post. What about zinc and quercitin together. I've read that quercitin helps zinc get properly absorbed into the body. Have also read that you should give quercitin a break from time to time.

Zinc + Quercetin are fine, Dr Zelenko and others have recommended them.

Plethora of evidence points at viral replication halt as the first line of the defense via antiviral meds cheaply available.

Let's not Pfucking kid ourselves here, certain vials of toxic 'death shot' anaphylactic 'allergic' reaction f*ckery is embedded into the 'end game'.

Are these dosages safe for kids

I'm a big proponent of monolaurin. It's been proven effective against most lipid-coated viruses, of which SARS-COV-2 is one. It's not a cure but it reduces viral load pretty significantly as the virus coating is dissolved when it comes into contact with monolaurin.

Thanks can a 7 yr old take the nasal rinses. Or is there a different dosage for kids

Thanks for your work doc! I liked D3 with K2 and magnesium as well. I got the coof back in September (from my daughter who got it when she went away to college) and used the FLCCC and Fleming protocols combined along with saline nasal rinse and a antiseptic mouth wash. I had 2 nights where I didn't sleep that well but that was it. She came home with a fever but in two days was back to normal.

I now also have NAC on hand of something else blows through. I'm hearing of new lockdowns in China for a virus that is causing hemorrhagic fever. It's hard to trust anything out of the CCP so who knows. I assume if it's a virus then the same COVID antiviral protocol would do for a nastier bug?
