If he did, that'll be interesting to note, because when there are hearings and legal procedures, it won't look good for him if the advisors can show that they weren't in favour of the bivalent boosters.
(Also, I recently heard that bivalent is Latin for "double strength." I haven't verified that, but thought it was interesting to hear.)
