We who believe in peaceful civil disobedience must remind you of its power - its power to bring down empires; its power to harass, harry and hound evil; its power to embarrass and dethrone the tyrant
It is beautiful and his links to Russian history are fascinating. He writes of a "mother earth" subterfuge.
Yes. I have always fought hard against all the same environmental toxins on food and soil and in water that are probably in the "magic juice" - and the entities producing and shoving them down our throats.
I'm still willing to defend all living beings, all species, from the onslaught.
But at this moment it appears the eye of sauron via injection, is squarely on the human species.
It's nice when that happens :). So few are standing up under the volley of attacks. But yet some still are. Some say one day we will be successful, I hope so. I am often quite sad that it is taking as long as it is. The daily reports of lives, futures and all that was worked for lost, often before a person even knows it's happening. And also knowing that it is significantly worse than the ones we hear about. :(.
I never thought I would see anything like this in my lifetime.
“No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me, Says the Lord.” Isaiah 54:17, KJV.
And HE has never lost a battle! Spiritual warfare is real so protect yourself and family daily and rebuke evil in Jesus’ name. God is with us. 😇
Bear in mind he's a fellow Canadian, meaning his chances of ever finding a job in his home country is basically zero with government controlled/operated medical. Jordan Peterson psychologist is presently under attack for incorrect thought/speech. Turdeau is the smug poster boy face of of the NWO leading the charge of the cancel culture's final solution.
Thank you to our beautiful colleague from the frozen North. The land that has all but forgotten freedom. We shall ring our bell(s) with you Dr. Christian and we will never stop ringing them. You have said it so very beautifully: the power that is at work within us, those of us who have Life, is a resurrection power--and it springs from the Author of Life who has promised to do more than we can ask or imagine. And He always delivers on His promises.
It is because He is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End; who has no beginning Himself and whose Kingdom shall never end that what is written here is true: the tyrant shall fall, all the evil machinations of the Death-Mongers, the stealers of life, those who would kill and destroy, these plans will crumble because they are not founded upon what is eternal.
These plans draw from the same tired play-book that began in the Garden, these plans are tired reruns of plays that have all been tried before. And they all end the VERY SAME WAY, as Dr. Christian has so eloquently described.
But we are FOREVER PEOPLE, whose lives rest upon the deeper magic of the covenant promises of the Giver of Life. So, Dr. Christian is right--ten more will rise in the stead of those killed, locked up or whatever is done to those who love life. We will never be destroyed. The truth will live on and will forever haunt those who spend their days fighting it.
Dr Francis Christian is a hero like you Dr Alexander. i know that both of you were in Ottawa in 2022 at the convoy because i saw you both there. Thank you both for your courage and for standing with the truth! the truth will always win, it needs no defence as it can defend itself. lies come and go, the truth stays
What a gorgeous impassioned essay. We can imagine the day that the Goliath megastructure falls. This is a poem by the late Wanda Coleman about the day Nelson Mandela was released from prison.
i met and shook Mandela’a hand in the summer of 1994. he seemed a kind spirit, a warm heart and at that particular moment i held him in high esteem. once he came to power i realized he was a politician. few people know of his royal lineage … not many people know that he was the ONLY black political prisoner afforded a palace on a island where he had servants … and was permitted regular visitations … something that the other South African black prisoners NEVER had. and as far as Winnie Mandela goes … her story speaks for herself. it was all political theatre and he played it well, like Obama did … both got their (nobel) prizes for their “work”. i’ll leave it at that! I don’t expect other to agree or disagree, just sharing my point of view.
Advocates and practitioners of civil disobedience such as Gandi, MLK, and Henry David Thoreau were giants among men. Check out MLK's Letter From Birmingham Jail where he defines unjust law and Thoreau's essay Civil Disobedience.
There's a great, though probably apocryphal, story about Thoreau, and how he refused to pay his poll tax as it supported, if I remember correctly, slavery, and was jailed. His good friend Ralph Waldo Emerson came to see him in jail and said "What in heck are you doing in there Henry?" To which Thoreau reportedly replied "What are you doing OUT THERE Ralph?"
My understanding is that Malcom X once stated: "“I believe that there will be ultimately be a clash between the oppressed and those who do the oppressing. I believe that there will be a clash between those who want freedom, justice and equality for everyone and those who want to continue the system of exploitation. I believe that there will be that kind of clash, but I don't think it will be based on the color of the skin...”
Malcolm X was the true leader of the black movement … that’s why he was assassinated first. he was truly inspirational and i say that as a white man. he was a hero. he will forever be a martyr. there has not been a leader for the black movement since his passing. anybody ever wander why there’s no mention of him and so muck mention of MLK Jr instead?
Sir, Dr. Alexander: I just found out about you few days ago, but I can’t be more proud of your excellent work in our commie Canada. You laid aside positions, wealth, and power and decided to side with us - the poor, oppressed and lowly. May the Lord be with you and guide you in His wisdom in these very difficult last days. As the essay/ode suggests… Yes, I think they will kill us. But death is not the end. Please be ready, everyone. Be ready.
As the philosopher and mathematician Bertrand Russell said, or words to the effect, if the herd are wrong and you have a different opinion, you will be ignored at first, vilified if you persist and finally canonized if you live long enough. You're on the right side of history, Saint Paul 2.
the “great” Bertrand Russell also supported eugenics … aka the sterilization of the “mentally defective” … by extension, those opposed to mass vaccinations are also “mentally defective” … do you support/admire that too? Russell’s position on eugenics is well documented. Yes, he was intellectually gifted … as is Chomsky … doesn’t make one a decent human being by default though. Schwab is also very intelligent … get my drift?
I don't agree with all of his or anybody's views. I do agree with his views that I cited. I don't support the sterilzation of the mentally defective. Or maybe I do. I don't know. I do think that when RINOs, Democrats and violent criminals don't reproduce, it improves the quality of the gene pool. Are they mentally defective? Is that the same thing or am I wrong? You tell me. I have a very good conservative friend who chose not to abort her Downs Syndrome child. I admire her. But, look what happened when Biden reproduced. I wouldn't have supported Ted Bundy reproducing. I'd have preferred that his mother aborted him.
"This brief essay takes a look at Bertrand Russell (1872–1970), the English philosopher and social reformer, and his ideas about eugenics and dysgenics. It is evident from his works that like many other leading thinkers and social reformers of his time, Russell recognized the importance of genetics for human welfare and was deeply concerned about the dysgenic trends that he observed in his time. He included eugenics as an integral part of his moral philosophy and never abandoned the belief in its importance, although he grew increasingly skeptical of some forms of genetic explanation and concerned about the realworld contexts of eugenic policies in his later years."
Thank you for the well worded reply. at one point in my life i admired Russell’s works and great intellect but as i matured, my experiences led me to realize that those who feel “superior” (whether it’s based on intellect, race, religious inclination, genetic predisposition, etc) will always judge those “below” them as dispensable. this imo is the real meaning of “entitlement”. i’m not particularly fond of this particular human trait. it has the potential to cause significant division and upheaval in human societies … history is full of such examples!
personally, i believe that genes are overrated even though they have their place in our existence/evolution … i’m quite familiar with Dawkins work and don’t mean any disrespect towards him … he’s a smart man and believes in his theories. that’s ok with me as long as he doesn’t force them on others. i’ve read The Selfish Gene written by him and can appreciate his work and dedication.
recently i gravitated towards Rupert Sheldrake’s take on morphism (he was not the first to propose it, but he did present it rather eloquently in a 2013 TedX presentation on the Science of Delusion which was later banned … seems that labelling something as “misinformation” did not originate in the covid age. if interested, it is still available on the internet:
like yourself, i can hardly find anyone that i agree with 100% … perhaps the exception for me is the economist and Hoover Institute fellow Thomas Sowell … but i haven’t read all of his works yet (getting there).
I hope that as time moves on, people will find what unites them and evolve together because the divisions sowed by political/religious/scientific institutions have created a lot of suffering and if it continues it will only create more.
Another fine person from Canada who I follow with great respect. Dr. Christian stood up to be counted and it cost him, just like Dr. Alexander, Dr. Trozzi and many others both in Canada and elsewhere. I love his writing - such passion and depth. Kudos to you Dr. Christian. :)
Thank you for posting Dr Francis Christian's ode.

Amen and Amen.

The invisible hand of God will manifest itself in massive civil disobedience. Mankind’s yearning for freedom can not be extinguished.

February 11th 1990
—for Dennis Brutus
This year the leaves turn red green black
freedom colors each leaf
each stitch of grass. I am amazed
at my sweet harvest. The prison door has opened
and a nation’s heart is released. I am full
having spent my greediness in a ritual of joy.

That....was glorious. Paired with this morning's announcement from Noor Bin Laden to Klaus andvthe WEF...its been such a day for hope!
