You got it right. However, the main issue with implementing what this guy says across a large population is obtaining enough support from that population. Generally, the problems are with two groups of people... 1). people who agree with globalist/massvaxists and, 2). apathetic people that just don’t feel strongly enough to engage. Only the second group is worthy of effort to convince that the experimental mRNA gene therapy jabs, mandates and lockdowns are bad. The first group is lost. Give up on them by removing them from your life because they actually don’t care about your life or your standard of living. Spend your time wisely, not with people that promote genocide.

You can re-enter Canada, unvaxxed.
Don't fill out the ARRIVECAN.
When asked why you didn't do so:
"I do not consent."
You'll be asked to pull over to a designated area. A HEALTH officer will be called.
When asked for your phone number and address: refuse.
If there's no Health Officer at the crossing who'll speak to you in person, they'll want to call you.
Request that they call the phone number of the border crossing. You are not required to give them your phone number.
"All I'm required to do, to re-entry my country, as a Canadian citizen, is show my Canadian Passport.
It's my constitutional right of mobility to exit, and to re-enter my country."

You can now fly out, unvaxxed, into many countries which do not require a vax pass or testing, however not into the USA.
You can re-enter Canada unimpeded.
