I cured several medical personnel of chronic bleeding vaxx-injuries with 12mg/day Ivermectin (IVM) for ~14 days. My male physician friend had chronic nosebleeds after his vaxxes; my female nurse friend had chronic vaginal bleeding for months after her jabs. This IVM treatment seems to help cure moderate vaxx-injuries and the literature supports that view. I hope a similar treatment will help those with more severe vaxx-injuries, but the primary target population is those who are moderately vaxx-injured or those who show no symptoms yet - conservatively, we can assume that this should include everyone who has recovered from Covid-19, and everyone who has been injected with the toxic Covid-19 "vaccines".
I have no opinion on what will help the severely vaxx-injured, although I would try longer-term doses of Ivermectin because it is low-risk and may help.
After getting covid injections on the threat of being fired one of my testicles swelled up by 20-30%. There's no way for me to know what was the cause but observational studies are a thing.
Just heard on a telegram call that UK has a home test kit for male infertility. A jabbed person discovered he was sterilized after the jab. Men should be running from these shots and taking their loved ones with them. Humans survived for millennia without jabs, but are on track for extinction because of them.

Again, in the interest of accuracy and avoiding perpetuating fear, i humbly suggest we refrain front referring to the jab as a “vaccine”.
It is not one, was never intended to be one, and never will be one.
