One other extremely important measure would be to assess COVID vax status, especially the number of doses! if the whole gay community (or nearly whole) is vaxxed we don't learn much BUT if there's a dose response we will! And that would be between Merck and Pfizer (dose response due to mRNA loads) and a dose response vis a vis the numbers of shots taken.

I think logically, they're doing something similar to the AIDS narrative.
The idea that HIV causes AIDS is a Fauci fabrication. It has no empirical evidence. It is sustained through institutional coercion, suppression of dissent and widespread propaganda.
But AIDS is caused by something. The first step is probably poisoning. In late 1970s and 80s, they poisoned with vaccinations for hepatitis and smallpox. Subsequently, they are likely spiking recreational drugs, with smaller amounts. People produce HIV, test positive and get railroaded into treatments which cause more AIDS symptoms.
They're doing something similar with monkeypox. Right now, they probably spiked recreational drugs used by gays and rave partygoers. When gays manifest symptoms, that's evidence it spreads sexually. When cases are connected to rave parties, that's evidence it spreads by air or skin. Voila!
