With respect to #1 - More deaths on the roads these days, observed even when traffic has gone down. Hearing more about crashes into homes, businesses, riding the guardrail. Takes defensive driving to an extreme. Cruise control worries and sensors come to mind. Understanding the causes of oxidative stress and free radicals (and combination of causes) extremely important, particularly as it relates to time after vax. Lots of questions about LNPs as well and how they degrade, the human enzymes that allow for it, whether it better to degrade all at once or not. Related to #16 I was really hoping the FDA would have been open to Covaxin from India much earlier on, but clinical trials were stalled. It is more along the lines of the traditional vaccines that have been used in the past. But, I guess it is Space Race turned Vaccination Competition. Ironically, even Russia has Sputnik V (V for victory I believe). The background on that vax is interesting as well. These vaccines are all different, and if more come out in the future I really do hope people realize it's worth doing their homework and/or waiting for the best one for them if they choose to take one.
