As any with general awareness knows, America continues to faces a habitual perfidious polity of state and federal congresses, that, have long abandoned their good behavior while sitting in offices of public trust, profit and honor.
To correct statecraft steering for firm sounding, America should lift her emergency war powers (Trading With the Enemy Act - TWEA) anchor of executive orders and proclamations of 1917-1933 & 1941 or additionally, proclaimed thereafter under various guises and pettifoggery.
Then, either declare Martial Law after lifting, to orderly establish constitutional order for imminent return of constitutional civilian order. Lifting such TWEA powers, under current schemes is impossible, due to, the intertwining unconstitutional nefarious nature of certain international agreements & covenants that oppress the sovereignty of the good people of united America from exercising their Creator-given dominion from pole to pole.
The real choices facing America lost in political games, is foremost, that whomever is to be their President of the United States, should at least and foremost above all, be required to make Oath to the people of united America, lift the TWEA and declare all legislation heretofore not in conformity with Article I, Section 10 of the founding Constitution of the United States, repealed.
This act aforementioned, would strike all amendments (16th & 17th) or legislation (Federal Reserve Act) contrary to America's federal Union (such as 'Roosevelt's centralized nationalization' of all manufacturing and production ownership & control). Thereby, restoring United States to her rightful purview of serving, protecting and supporting her sovereign good people of united America for these United States.
Unless the next President of the United States harkens to all-fathers fearfully & wonderfully made godson & sovereign witness of the good people of united America for these United States, doom is your only guarantee, not the republican form of government your founding forefathers so magnanimously sacrificed lives, fortunes and sacred honor, that this government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth!"
