I participated in both a dangerous profession with a higher injury and fatality rate than either fire fighters or police. My activities chosen for recreation were motorcycling and scuba diving. I was a height specialist building working platforms for other workers at heights as high as 356 feet and my current profession is more dangerous.
In that reality I have seen and known things that happened and/or did not happen were real and I wondered at the many times I faced death but did not decease. There were and are eye witness accounts of others who did not believe their eyes.
In a work camp at Gillam Manitoba I was attacked by a big Spaniard whose weapon was a number 4 reinforcing rod three feet long but as he approached I drew my hatchet and swung it, stopping it less than an inch from his forehead. Had I been sure he would have tried to kill me I would have put it into his forehead.
I have lived in garages, slept in the ditch on my motorcycle in the rain with a plastic sheet over me, freeloaded at marinas, etc. I knew what it was to be homeless before the wussies now who get sheltered by churches.
Too much has happened to me for me to be an ingrate and not give credence to God for preserving my life, whose purpose I realized 29 years ago. It was all for an abused and troubled woman who God loved and who He kept me for to be her comfort and protector. Her story broke me and still does. But we are close with no romance.
You have had not such an existence. Five years ago a truck driver rear ended my motorcycle, totalling it and throwing me 50 feet down the road. A year to the day I drove by that site and there was a 56 year old woman killed there in the same place memorialized by a plaque. I had ONLY a broken heel.
I know what I have experienced and I will tell you I am grateful to God and am not ashamed to say so. It was HIS will I not get killed on several occasions I and others realized I should have been taken. I took a few times for me to realize I should have been killed but He got through to me over the space of several years.
I once considered joining the ultimate M/C gang but could not reconcile the way they mistreated their women. A renegade from age 18 to 28 when I married a woman in order to be able to protect her and the son she bore me who is loved by the several women along the way in my life who asked me to be their friend.
Better than I, stronger and more knowledgeable than I and superior in every way is my son. I am employed in different profession having operated it as a business for 33 years. I am not promising nonsense, to anyone, I have had living proof God is real, the scriptures are true and He preserved my life. I give the full credit to God for His protection and for salvation freely given me by the Son of the living God, Jesus Christ.
As to you I promise one moment after you die your spirit will return to He who gave it to you at conception and you will know I was honest with you but if you do not attain unto salvation by humbling yourself and asking Jesus to forgive you then you will be condemned. There is no doubt that this conversation was and is the will of God for you to hear my story and convince you of its Truth and more importantly its purpose was and is for your salvation.
