Hard being a mom and feeling like a spectator watching what feels like a horror story unfold.😣 My son seems to have had an ok Dr.- only saw briefly, who has since left the practice to go elsewhere. (I think he was "onto" things). The dr. gave him a recommendation for a doctor to continue treatment with. I don't know anything about this new Dr., but I cross my fingers. I asked my son if he asked his old Dr. why he was leaving....he hadn't. I would have....a "learned from years of experience trait", I guess. Precarious times. Prayers 🙏 to you and your family. I so relate.
And just yesterday Walensky went on PBS and actually is telling people we are still in the middle of a pandemic and people need to be up to date on shots. They need to go get those boosters! WTF. My husband and I live to two different Pacific Island nations. Neither nation had 'lockdowns'. The borders have been closed. Both countries were covid free until the last two months. Both countries are experiencing a high number of sudden deaths. My friend tells me funeral almost every day are the norm. She is an attorney and well respected.
