Body Integrity Dysphoria is, appropriately, recognized as pathological in the current International Classification of Diseases 11th Revision (ICD-11).
Much of the world sees it as pathological.
America does things differently.
It's noteworthy that the American Psychiatric Association refused to include Body Integrity Dysphoria / Body Integrity Identity Disorder in its current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-5).
It has never recognized it as a disorder.
What is pathological by international standards is normalized in America and what is normal is considered pathogical.
Lopping off your dick and putting on a dress and getting a mastectomy and wearing trousers is increasingly not enough for Americans.
Increasingly, instead of recognizing that this is an ICD-11 mental disorder, it's seen as normal to not only do this but to also get into a wheelchair despite being completely able bodied or to pretend to be blind despite not being and in some cases to get your perfectly good limbs amputated or have your eyes destroyed.
This is part of the reason why sane, conservative Christian countries such as Russia and Serbia and many countries in Africa reject attempts to impose American values upon them and color revolutions in neighboring countries.
This American deviance and degeneracy is likely to only increase if Biden or a RINO is elected in November.

i am not a dr. but i would think that these people, LGBTQ and others etc. should have extensive therapy instead of giving into them. it doesn't help them at all it may possibly even make their matters worse. IMO
I could not read this entire substack, way too long. However I do remember seeing the blind woman years ago on a Dr tv talk show and feeling disgusted and yelling at the tv! Any dr that would pour drain cleaner in his patients eyes should be in jail. This is a true mental illness on both parts. I have an Aunt who has adult anorexia. She almost died from starvation yet we are not allowed to talk about her “problem”. Her husband wants us to pretend all is normal when we speak to her. She refuses help. Suffice it to say we haven’t seen or spoken to her in 3 years. I can’t pretend that there is no mental illness and if we continue to do this as a nation, we are f_kked.
Canadians will always remember Joe Flaherty for his SCTV character Guy Cabellero - the infamous TV Station owner who preferred to get around in a wheelchair while being perfectly healthy. I bet this boob is a fan! 😂😂😂
