Congress is our enemy. They made "legal" with enforceability that which is 𝒖𝒏𝒍𝒂𝒘𝒇𝒖𝒍.
So, we have the PREP Act as but one example. The "Act" gives a secretary in an unconstitutional Cabinet department the "legal" authority to essentially run the country via his/her "emergency" powers.
So, the demented king issued his edict that most of his subjects obeyed, unfortunately. Now said demented, degraded lowlife king has rescinded his edict, but his subjects are still subject to a another degraded freak whose "emergency" powers exceed even those of the king.
I believe there are still a handful of active initiatives still in force. I believe I saw this on Sasha's or Katherine Watt's substack yesterday. This is nothing more than a fake out for it sets the tone for another emergency to replace this one.
The problem is that it's a long way from over. The worse feature of the "emergency" was the emergency use authorization of the experimental drugs, mNRA clot shots. That stays in effect so the clot shots will continue to be administered. Congress should end this disaster. Would Johnson or Paul, or Kennedy sponser legislation to end the clot shots???
