The only solution to this is organization of the local governments. The problem stems from Biden and his dangerous deviance. That MUST be stopped in D.C. IMMEDIATELY!
As for the the local authorities, they need to combine and act immediately. We are already starting to see some of this with Governors and Mayors resisting these illegal importations. It is way too slow though at present. It is going to take major shake-up in D.C. to really get it organized, and that is also progressing too slow for an easy solution.
