"However, if they report an absence of feelings of guilt, shame, or anxiety about these impulses and are not functionally limited by their paraphilic impulses (according to self-report, objective assessment, or both), and their self-reported and legally recorded histories indicate that they have never acted on their impulses, then these individuals have a pedophilic sexual orientation but not pedophilic disorder." In other words if they successfully lie or have not been caught for fiddling kids, psychiatrists consider that normal and not a disorder. They're now calling it a "sexual orientation" rather than a deviant interest or behavior, possibly in order to have it destigmatized and legalized just as they did with homosexuality. This has not come from Japanese psychiatrists. This is Americans who are trying to normalize this filth and spread it around the world. This is Biden's US led "rules based international order."

Sadistic Personality Disorder is not included because psychiatrists and feminists don't like the idea of pathologizing cruelty. The inter-rater reliability coefficients for many psychiatric diagnoses are very low. Scientology is a crock of shit too but the scientologists are right about psychiatry.
