Trump may be strong mentally but he is not some Harry Houdini or eastern guru with advanced control of his autonomic nervous system or of his immune or endocrine systems. He can't control the surges of catecholamines in his sleep. I've known of lots of strong politicians who've dropped dead from sudden heart attack or cancers when subjected to repeated acute stressors even before covid. Trump thrives on chronic stress. Repeated acute stress is different. It's the repeated acute stressors that are endangering Trump. Only a fool would think they're not.
