I would like to buy a Mercedes, but I don't think I should pay for it. /s

LOL. Great comparison.

I often watch PBS daily news hour (while doing something else that's actually meaningful) in order to get a glimpse of what the enemy is up to. It's a real eye-opener. For example, yesterday or the day before, they were demonizing Americans who protested and boycotted Target.

PBS recently spent a lot of time interviewing freeloaders who carry huge student loan debt who adamantly believe they shouldn't have to repay their college loans after Biden suspended payments during covid. It was shocking to hear the immature, irresponsible moaning. They had every excuse and hadn't set aside any funds for the eventuality of having to resume payments after covid, preferring to use their income to gratify their self-indulgence.

I have been wondering if the medical people on the take for Covid murders and jab-compliance have set aside funds for the coming lawsuits.

I would like to buy a Supreme Court Justice but the Dems beat me to it when they got all the RINOs to reject all attempts to redress the travesty of the 2020 election and to support vaccine mandates. It's time now for them to revist Lawrence v Texas and the constitutionally protected "rights" to sodomy and same sex marriage but they won't.

Yeah, a free Mercedes for everyone that paid their student loans! I'm there!

Oh Lord, won't you buy me a Mercedes Benz.

Lol, I think that's more a want than a need.

It's pretty effing disgusting The president does not have the ability towards student loan forgivenesss but did have the ability to shut this stuff down and everything else with Covid-19 to begin with...

If I had to take over a country, I'd control the entire education system & then ķick back & wait 30-40 years.. Mission accomplished. One thing 45 got right was the Supreme Court. No reverse discrimination at universities is now law.

Under this Supreme Court; Roe v Wade = GONE; Affirmative Action = GONE; Student Loan Forgiveness = GONE; Constitutional Carry = SECURED; Business Religious Freedom = SECURED; Thank you '45', POTUS

Donald Trump, thank you!!!! Had the devil beelzebub speaker Paul eunuch Ryan, the Benedict Arnold of our time supported '45''s agenda in his first 2 years, 45 would have been on RUSHMORE today

I’m sorry, but what the heck does Trump have to do with these rulings. Two of the justices he appointed ruled against the prevention of college students being forced to take the jabs and side with non-constitutionalists on other cases. PLEASE stop with the worship of Trump. Make you no different than the other side.

Rootedtree's avatar

Those justices weren't forced to do anything they didn't want too.And nobody forces anyone to go to college or work a job that forces you to take a jab. If you worship this present world system than you've got the wrong values. You will end up taking the mark of the beast too.

TiredCitizen's avatar

And good for you for missing the point or even know the cases I referenced.

TiredCitizen's avatar

Must be nice to have enough money to just quit a job with no thought to feeding a family and keeping a roof over your head. You don’t know the path or choices someone else makes except to sit on the sidelines and be self righteous. And as for the mark of the beast, you might want to read the entire context of those days.

Beyond the irresponsibility and aggressive entitlement of these freeloaders, they have essentially stolen something of value that cannot be repossessed like a car or foreclosed upon Iike a house. They should have their wages garnisheed to pay back their school loans.

Crixcyon's avatar

Well heck, why shouldn't a four year communist indoctrination program be free for anyone who wants it? Talk about inequality.

Donna C's avatar

The Biden regime won’t give up that easily, unfortunately.

Rootedtree's avatar

It's not about having enough money or not having a family to support. You need to have the moral courage to take a stand. If you caved and are trying to substantiate your lack of courage than you've failed, your part of the problem along with the rest of the RINO'S. And there's a lot of churches and people who consider themselves to be Christians that will not make it to heaven. God hates cowardice and you seem to fit the bill.

Good!I'm sick of fat cats and minorities getting a leg up while my family who is white and not affluent went to work and broke our backs getting by straight out of high school. Now noticing that most of these clowns whose families bought their spots are definitely not smarter than us on the contrary their not as smart,we have common sense and if we didn't we wouldn't be here.If they didn't have the leg up and would have had to walk in our shoes they couldn't have done it.

Dennis Norn's avatar

I think that in a moral world education should be free then everyone would have chance to learn and not just the rich and not stop people who are geniuses but can't afford to pay. The world would be a far better place. Education would in many cases put humans far ahead of where they are now.

Rootedtree's avatar

That's indoctrination their pushing in those colleges. It's the people who have had high school education are at an advantage. They are more grounded and have common sense and a lot of times more moral.

Not all education has equal cost or equal value. Hence various types of education have dramatically different ROI.

The problem with books before Gutenberg was not that they were priced too high, but that it would so long to produce a single copy. Funding more monks and scribes or making the government purchase more books was not the answer. Technology was. Hopefully things like Khan Academy and many other online courses will drive down the cost of extremely valuable knowledge.

I was a poor student who had to work multiple jobs, get need-based and merit-based scholarships, take out student loans, and take an extra course load to reduce total tuition costs. As soon as I could I paid off my loans, and then I saved money to fund some scholarships in fields that I think will benefit the world, like STEM, and to target students who may not be eligible for other scholarships. Nevertheless I don't support what Biden tried to do.

Dennis Norn's avatar

Sure I agree, as much as it pisses off those who paid off their student loans the fact remains education should be free for all. In a tribal situation everything that was necessary for the survival of the tribe was taught to whom ever had that aptitude for whatever they were good at could learn with out expectation of payment and it should be the same for the whole human race, if not for those dwelling on the deference's and prejudices of the races man may have gotten together a long time ago with the right teaching.

Rootedtree's avatar

College education is not necessary, you've been indoctrinated to think so.

While Paul and others are entitled to their opinion, mine is that he and others support autocratic power with no responsibility to the public. Different segments have different conditions and needs and all should be addressed. Reducing the thievery of the banks and big money universities is not a gimmick. Student debt is created by greedy corporatists and needs abatement. Working class people need wage increases--not minimimum wage increases. If that were to happen, then perhaps it could be overturned is some people don't profit from that effort. I have yet to see Paul support anything that improves the life of the citizen. Health care, wages, housing, education.. Oh yes

Betsy DeVos thinks education should be privatized for corporate profit without any oversight for student performance. And others think education should be totally trashed because somehow they can vibe the world and its facts. Pauls' support for totalitarian power is the very essence of the rejection of the criminal Trump's goals.
