This is in my own backyard. There is another school district north of Bishop that was worse. I was a coach and athletic director at a private school during this timeframe. It was demanded of me to develop a "Covid plan" for athletics and I told the school to pound sand. We didn't wear masks - ever - except for three facilities and we got essentially crotchet masks to wear, didn't ever test, didn't social distance, did not segregate kids during transportation, nothing. I also told two schools in our league to pound sand when they demanded that we test our kids and that our parents could not sit in their facility during games. Told them I would put the games in as a forfeit win for us if they went down that road.
If everyone did this there would not have been a plandemic. It is compliance that makes it happen. There are more of us than all of them put together. I said "NO" to everything. I would not follow the arrows, I would not wear a mask. I got into a few verbal arguements, mostly women. I said I would not comply. Aldi's said they didn't care. :) Thank God none of my children took the jab and at least one of my sisters. :) :)

And at Home Depot I picked out a few small herb pots outside, and had to go inside to pay for them. I was told I could not enter without a mask, so I left them right there on the floor and left, and have never been back.
And I canceled a few doctor's appointments when I was not allowed in the hospital without one.
At our Kroger, a manager approached me and asked if I needed a mask. I replied that I did not but would wear one when his other customers and employees wore theirs properly, not under their nose or chin. He nodded and I never heard another word. I did stop shopping there (after 35 years) when I heard they penalized their unvaxxed employees with higher insurance premiums and then later made all employees wear rainbow pins on their vests for the gay movement. Done.

He followed that up roughly mid-way through the summit with another salvo! My immediate thought on hearing his words : If ONLY his words were ICBMs launched at every glass house of "Mr. Global's" (so aptly named by Catherine Austin Fits at the SOLARI Report) cabal (kabbal?) perhaps we could eradicate these miscreant creatures from amongst us? I have no doubt Dr. Martin quite likely had similar sentiments. Yet, even he is a realist, ending his commentary with : Crimes against humanity have been committed, yet nobody will go to prison.

That first part of your reply almost left me entirely speechless!! Why? My goodness, I can not recount how many times I have read that particular Book in the Sacred Holy Scriptures we so lovingly and reverently know as the Holy Bible. I too, have had for many years the same thought.
I am on the cusp of reaching my mid-sixties. Fast rewinding the clock back to when I was roughly 23-ish ~ 24-ish I was already observing certain machinations going on in this world that eventually compelled me one day, whilst in conversation with my Dad (may God keep his departed Soul in peace) saying : Dad, do you see thus and such going on? I do not now recall his exact response, yet I think it was something along the lines of, "Well son, things aren't always fair and good in the world (roughly the same thing he told me when I was five years old and we walked across a bridge in to Tijuana and I observing the "Cardboard City" built along the banks of the "San Diego River" and little children playing in the garbage polluted rivulet of water. At that ripe old age of five, not knowing any-thing about the world, I wept more profusely than a new born infant because of what I witnessed! Some harkening from God? Looking back, perhaps so?). Returning to my later conversation with my Dad, I answered his response saying : I understand, Dad, that not all is fair and good in this world, even so, from what I see this is all, one day, going to unravel and implode under it's own weight and as I see it, all by design. My Dad simply responded, Nah! That'll never happen." I then said : Well, perhaps not in my lifetime, but it will eventually happen. Our conversation on that day ended there.
Fast forward to roughly four of five years ago, a couple years before my Dad's passing, he and I were in a similar discussion. 21 U.S.C. is gigantic, so the fact that Manookian and her team were able to find the applicable section that enabled this outcome is good news. (I'm going to go back and re-read this to see if I can find a link to the full ruling; thought I saw one?)
Because I knew I would be forced to force, I left my 20-year career, took a "package," leaving lots of "goodies" on the table that would have come with full retirement. I was a year and a half a way from all that, but still could only walk away. I simply refused to cooperate, comply, or collaborate with this great crime.
While I applaud the legal victory, those children will never be the same. The damage is done to their little selves. They will never be able to have a normal upbringing. There’s no going back. I would like these teachers and administrators locked up in a prison for a few years to show them how we all felt during Covid. To be clear the majority were black. the news lady was asking various questions from different teachers she asked one what she taught, her answer and I will quote it as closely as I can---- We be tichin English, you know what Im sayin! a phrase that many used many times when talking. I have poor skills in grammar but know very bad English when I hear it. When I was in school I had teachers that would take assignment homework and correct them overnight. they had corrections for English grammar , spelling as well as content. this was for a class of fifty kids and they had no computers or teachers aids to help. The idea that DIVERSITY helps education comes from people that lack skills and must depend upon government to get them employed. it isn't just in schools. it took me six months to renew my handy caped placard from Michigan secretary of state. What should have been an automatic process required four complaint Emails. In an era of computers it is unacceptable. it is time we demand that we get the service we are paying taxes for. Just where are they spending this money? government must have its "victims" to justify its existence. the more victims the more control they can have. That first part of your reply almost left me entirely speechless!! Why? My goodness, I can not recount how many times I have read that particular Book in the Sacred Holy Scriptures we so lovingly and reverently know as the Holy Bible. I too, have had for many years the same thought.
I am on the cusp of reaching my mid-sixties. Fast rewinding the clock back to when I was roughly 23-ish ~ 24-ish I was already observing certain machinations going on in this world that eventually compelled me one day, whilst in conversation with my Dad (may God keep his departed Soul in peace) saying : Dad, do you see thus and such going on? I do not now recall his exact response, yet I think it was something along the lines of, "Well son, things aren't always fair and good in the world (roughly the same thing he told me when I was five years old and we walked across a bridge in to Tijuana and I observing the "Cardboard City" built along the banks of the "San Diego River" and little children playing in the garbage polluted rivulet of water. At that ripe old age of five, not knowing any-thing about the world, I wept more profusely than a new born infant because of what I witnessed! Some harkening from God? Looking back, perhaps so?). Returning to my later conversation with my Dad, I answered his response saying : I understand, Dad, that not all is fair and good in this world, even so, from what I see this is all, one day, going to unravel and implode under it's own weight and as I see it, all by design. My Dad simply responded, Nah! That'll never happen." I then said : Well, perhaps not in my lifetime, but it will eventually happen. Our conversation on that day ended there.
Fast forward to roughly four of five years ago, a couple years before my Dad's passing, he and I were in a similar discussion. I said : Dad, do you see thus and such going on, the time is getting closer. It is all beginning to unravel. His response, "Nah! That'll never happen." I didn't continue that conversation.
I know not why I shared all that with you, Capt Roy Harkness? Other than to say your reference, and reverence, to that Sacred Book compelled me to recollect.
Now is the time to be far more stoic, is it not? On account of what is unfolding.

Because I knew I would be forced to force, I left my 20-year career, took a "package," leaving lots of "goodies" on the table that would have come with full retirement. I was a year and a half a way from all that, but still could only walk away. I simply refused to cooperate, comply, or collaborate with this great crime.
While I applaud the legal victory, those children will never be the same. The damage is done to their little selves. They will never be able to have a normal upbringing. There’s no going back. I would like these teachers and administrators locked up in a prison for a few years to show them how we all felt during Covid. They may have loved the masks, social distancing, etc but many of us have nightmares about it. I know I do and I am not a child.

To control a nation you must control the minds of the young. get them when they are impressionable and malleable and open to your thoughts. things learned while young are hard to change. I suggest that parents form their own union and demand that parent monitor's are allowed within each class room to see what is taught. they must also demand they be allowed to evaluate the skills of the teachers. DIVERSITY AND SKIN COLOR offer nothing to the instruction of children. I realized this while I watched a teachers strike in Detroit Michigan some years ago. A reporter was interviewing the protesters. To be clear the majority were black. the news lady was asking various questions from different teachers she asked one what she taught, her answer and I will quote it as closely as I can---- We be tichin English, you know what Im sayin! a phrase that many used many times when talking. I have poor skills in grammar but know very bad English when I hear it. When I was in school I had teachers that would take assignment homework and correct them overnight. they had corrections for English grammar , spelling as well as content. this was for a class of fifty kids and they had no computers or teachers aids to help. The idea that DIVERSITY helps education comes from people that lack skills and must depend upon government to get them employed. it isn't just in schools. it took me six months to renew my handy caped placard from Michigan secretary of state. What should have been an automatic process required four complaint Emails. In an era of computers it is unacceptable. it is time we demand that we get the service we are paying taxes for. Just where are they spending this money? government must have its "victims" to justify its existence. the more victims the more control they can have. Ask your children where they get their rights from. if they say government then we are in trouble and its time we act.-------------- I, Grampa

A world where hardly anyone had a phone in their home and milk delivered by horse drawn wagons to everyone with a phone as constant companion and a man walking on the Moon. The steps undergone for this modest victory were extraordinary. It shouldn’t have to be that hard and take that long to get a modicum of justice, and basically after the fact to boot.
File this under "better something than nothing". Pepple got some money and some "training" is required. BUT, how have the perpetrators suffered? No jail time. No loss of job. No demotion. The school district pays the fine, which means the tax payers. So what is to stop them from doing the same thing next time? They'll just figure no real punishment and another tax-payer funded fine once everything winds it way through the legal system again.

I say abolish the Federal Dept. of Education. Keep the fricking government OUT of the education of our children.
