Loved the new movie !!! . Grew up during the “Jesus Revolution “ myself . Though I grew up in a Christian home , I did not fully realize that Christ had not just died & was resurrected for “ the sins of this world “ but He died for my own personal sins. I Accepted Christ when i was 18 yrs old as a senior in high school in December 1969. Prior to this I had extensive “ head knowledge “ of Christ’s virgin birth , sinless life, death & resurrection . At the age of 18 that knowledge evolved into very personal “ Heart knowledge of Christ as my personal savior .

Bravo ! Kelsey .

Whether or not Kelsey was a pedophile I don’t know. I do know that God doesn’t grade on a curve. We humans seem to think that some sins are less sinful than others. We discount the fact that God is completely Holy and He has made only one way to get to heaven--through the shed blood of His only Son. The amazing thing about that is that ANYONE regardless of how horrible their sins are, can come to Him in true repentance and

know that He will forgive and cleanse them from ALL unrighteousness and be saved. How awesome is that??!! So regardless of Kelsey’s former sins, I think he is genuine in declaring his faith and

joy. I choose to believe the Bible that Jesus died, was buried and resurrected to life for our sakes. Check out the book “Evidence That Demands a Verdict” by Josh McDowell, or “The Case For Faith” by Lee Stroebel. Our entire eternity hinges on what we believe about Jesus.

Kelsey Grammer seems to be going through a Bill Gates level of reputation rebranding Why is everyone overlooking the reported fact that Kelsey Grammer has been to Epstein's island multiple times and is a pedophile? Nearly every video of someone who has gone through the logs in detail lists Grammer as someone who is in there multiple times. Now that he is in a movie about faith we all are supposed to just forget that?

IF indeed Kelsey has TRULY accepted Christ & TRULY repentant as to his sins then his guilt & punishment are left between God and Kelsey . No one else has the authority or power to judge him . All “persons” have sinned against God . Myself definitely included .

Is he a Christian scientist? If so, factually, by scripture proof, he would in fact not be a Christian and this would be a majorly false statement about that claim misleading many many more and preventing them from an eternity in heaven instead of hell. The scripture comes alive more today than ever. I pray anyone who sees this article would question and check its doctrine against true Bible doctrine. There’s always a purpose for these kinds of advertisements in anything that’s being let through for a Christian nowadays, is likely to mislead them.

Since the Creator is the same thing as truth, faith would not be a thing the Creator imparts to people since faith can lead to belief in lies.

The rest of what you have said is about man-made books and the religions they create.

That is not where truth is found for you or for the billions of people who have been or are on Earth and have never had access to these religions.

The Creator implants in each of us through conscience what we need to know to grow to be better loving souls during our brief sojourn on Earth.

It's not his "inner Jesus". It's a personal relationship with Jesus that he has and the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. NOT his "inner Jesus".

There is a Creator, no doubt. It is rational and scientific. https://www.asifthinkingmatters.com/solving-the-big-questions-third-edition/category/origins

Notice that no "faith" and "belief" are required. In fact, any cockamamie idea can be supported by faith and belief.

The Creator is a proven truth. Jesus as Creator is not. That requires belief and faith which puts the Jesus idea in the cockamamie category until proven otherwise with fact and reason.

But the very existence of Jesus cannot be proven. https://www.asifthinkingmatters.com/solving-the-big-questions-third-edition/26-questionable-foundations-of-christianity

That does not mean all is lost and we are without hope. The Creator has given us free will, the ability to reason, and conscience. That is what we must use to access truth and our reason for existence, not religious stories.

God's ways are higher than ours and yours. Faith is the substance of things hoped for; the evidence of things not seen. And even faith is a gift imparted by God to whomever He wills. Relying upon your own critical thinking skills does not negate the truth of Jesus' existence. Since God is a triune God, if you read and understood the Bible, you would realize that Jesus AND the Holy Spirit were present at creation with God. God, the Holy Spirit and Jesus do not need your validation or anyone else's. They exist whether you believe it or not.

Why are some of the actors whose work I do not like some of the smartest? Grammer, Sandler, Schneider, all (IMO) lousy, unfunny actors, but all correctly reject the insane leftism that has infected most of Hollywood.

I recently read that the people in Kashmir Indian believe that Jesus survived being crucified . They believe that his buddies took him down from the cross a few hours after being crucified, and took him to a cave, where they nursed him back to good health, and that he and a woman named Mary M. traveled to Kashmir India where they lived a good life, and had a couple kids, and Jesus lived to age 112...some accounts say he lived to age 120, and was buried in Kashmir at Roza Bal temple. For some reason, this story resonates with me, and I think it is possible it is true. What do you think? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roza_Bal

Lots of lies surface in order to hide the truth . Somewhat similar to the recent suppression of early treatments for Covid that were attacked viciously with lies in order for really crappy vaccines to be marketed globally.

I think it is possible that the story of Jesus dying on the cross was the lie, and that him surviving and moving to Kashmir was the truth.

The gospels and extensive historical evidence proves otherwise . The entire Old Testament is filled with the prediction of Christ’s mission on earth , His death , and resurrection. The New Testament describes it all in detail. But it’s alsoentirely “possible” that cows can fly but highly improbable. So there’s that ???

Expand full comment

Maybe just wishful thinking, but I like the idea of Jesus surviving the crucifixion and having some kids and living a long happy life.

Expand full comment

There is nothing in the Biblical account that substantiates that myth. Jesus was fully God and fully man - something that requires faith to believe and even that faith is only imparted by the living, triune God.

Expand full comment

It seems more believable to me that he would have survived the crucifixion than him having died and come back to life. But, that is just my opinion.

Expand full comment

Believable, yes, if you are strictly viewing it from man's perspective and not and an omnipotent, omniscient, omni-present God who can do anything He chooses.

From my perspective, I believe that Jesus was an inspirational man, who did many great things, and had great moral teachings. But, I don't believe that his mother was a virgin when he was born, nor that he rose from the dead. In my experience, when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Expand full comment

Jesus Himself did not give the option of being "a great moral teacher, etc." He was either a liar, a lunatic or Lord. The fact that He claimed to be God is what caused the pharisees of the day to demand that He be crucified - all part of God's plan. Most of the 12 disciples were martyred as well because they would not renounce Jesus. They worshiped Jesus and were well aware about the laws regarding blasphemy and Jesus did not stop them from worshiping Him. He made it clear that He was God incarnate, proving it by His words, by His miracles, and finally by His resurrection from the dead. Although they doubted at first, those who were finally convinced of His deity understood why He had to die on the cross. If He were a mere man, His death would have been only sufficient to pay for His own sins, but because He was God in the flesh, His sacrifice was infinite and holy and able to pay for all the sins of the world.

Expand full comment

So perhaps he was an overall good guy, and a good mortal teacher, but also had some delusional visions of grandeur. I never understood or prescribed to the the idea of his death paying for all of the sins in the world. And, the the idea of Jesus being the father, son, and holy spirit doesn't make any sense to me either.
