“Donald Trump violated his oath of office and incited a violent insurrection that attacked the U.S. Capitol, threatened the assassination of the vice president and congressional leaders, and disrupted the peaceful transfer of power for the first time in our nation’s history.”
This statement is an outright LIE.
Who REALLY violated their oath of office? Nearly ALL of Congress, especially Pelosi, who was the one ACTUALLY behind the J6 so-called insurrection.
Trump and his supporters had every right to protest an obviously rigged and stolen election. Trump called for a peaceful and patriotic event, which it was, until the deep state operatives from the corrupt FBI and others including Antifa and the Capitol Police under Pelosi used violence and manipulation against innocent Americans, to make it appear to be an insurrection.
In fact, the insurrection took place the prior November when the election was stolen. No one tried to interfere with a "peaceful transfer of power" except the traitors who overthrew the government.
So the Supreme Court is correct in their ruling, especially since Trump has NOT been convicted of these false charges in GA.
Those insane Demonrats are just proving, once again, how incredibly stupid they are! AND willing to "lie through their teeth" to achieve their political aims. The only "insurrection" on Jan 6 was committed by undercover FBI and their assets like Ray Epps! (And Nancy Pelosi and friends.)
Now the SC needs to rule against the semi-automatic rifle bans that blue states have been pushing for years. It's a clear infringement on citizens' 2A rights and needs to be swatted down, once and for all.
Good but those of us who support democracy can't relax. The indivdiual states are also trying to do that (based on state law) and we can only hope those attempts will be put down to. I don't like Trump, but I support democracy and the Democratic Party has gone insane.
That argument could and should be used against Biden since he broke his oath of office by opening borders to TERRORISTS AND ILLEGALS THAT ARE HARMING UNITED STATES CITIZENS, ISN’T THAT AN INSURRECTION? He and the rest of those democrats overthrew the government by illegal ballot stuffing, by changing constitutional laws and rules before an election for their benefit, by having foreign governments interfere in the election. I mean really look at what all of this evil administration has done to our great country!
I wonder if some of these people got bribed to make such statements, ignoring facts, recordings and testimonies. Glad to know that there is still justice in the US. If there is not a cooling down spirits game…
Does this really matter? It's all political theater unwitingly or not as ALL of the political class is now compromised though a multitude of ways and means. The people must realize we are on our own and begin acting accordingly to begin building a new world fit for all humans. The ruling elites have had their day by proving beyond any reasonable doubt that they are completely unfit to hold their positions of power over us.
