It is interesting....in the late 1800s and early 1900s and onward when they discovered vaccines don’t really get rid of viruses they found that sanitation (remember excrement was just thrown into the streets) and less crowded living and washing hands were the factors in people not contracting or dying from viruses or bacteria....so yes poverty is a huge huge factor with the lack of nutrition and dirty water or no water .... we can fix this....
