I do not believe Putin wants a war with the U.S. any more than sane Americans want a war with Russia -- or that he has any desire to unleash a nuclear war, despite the fact that he must threaten it as deterence.
I'd say the only parties salivating for a "limited" nuclear conflict are the Deep State/Biden Administration; U.S. and international globalists; and arms manufacturers.
