That the Canadian Government’s use of the Emergencies Act during the Trucker Convoy in Ottawa was indeed unlawful & ultra vires, and that certain of its measures such as freezing of bank accounts, were unconstitutional. This included arresting some and trying to arrest me. Coming after Hodkinson and myself…no doubt the tampon MENSTRUATING man himself, Justin Trudeau will appeal.
Hopefully this helps THE COUTTS FOUR - who have been held in REMAND for OVER SEVEN HUNDRED DAYS, yes 700 days WITHOUT BAIL. We need to get the word out about these four men. Trudeau used the accusations against these four men as impetious for THE WAR MEASURES ACT/EMERGENCY to be invoked against the entire country. And they sit behind bars for almost 2 years - NO BAIL. The trial is alleged to begin May, 2024. Look into this everyone. It is a big piece of what has happened in this country.
