It turns out the old adage "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" is true, as quercetin is naturally present in apples, onions, and other fruits, vegetables and grains. Although you'd have to eat 100 or so apples to equal the amount of quercetin in one supplement pill, the other old adage, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" also applies. When in good health, regularly consuming foods that contain beneficial nutrients, along with regular exercise and weight control keeps you in good health*, and thus you won't need a concentrated supplement to regain your health.
There's one more old adage to live by: "Everything in moderation". The difference between something of benefit and it's destriment to ones health & well being, be it a food, supplements, medicine, exercise, even water and sex, is the dose.

Ann Vandersteel and Michael Yon made a big deal about investigating migration in the Americas this summer, calling it "Operation Burning Edge". They bragged about how much money they were spending on the equipment and the operation. In the end, they didn't ask one migrant a question or provide any insight as to why people are migrating. All they managed to do was create a lot of "migration porn" video, presumably for monetization.
To me, they came across as scammers manipulating on the situation and providing no value except lookie-loo video. When they posted video on X, I would ask why they didn't interview ANYONE, and they didn't respond. In one video they sort of stalked a woman who looked very traumatized but as soon as they "got the shot" they just let her walk off. They didn't care about the people, it was all about getting the video, as shocking as possible. In the end, she and Yon came across as people cynically exploiting a situation, not sincere reporters.
The fact that they didn't do any actual investigation makes my blood boil. The migration issue is complex, but it's NOT organic. It's a massive criminal operation being masterminded and largely financed by the UN to push through their UN2030 agenda. Only Individuals establishing their personal rights have been victorious so far, no unions or big groups with that supposed Medical Freedom Dr have found legal relief. Like what former prisoners unjustly prosecuted say, 'I couldn't sleep, but the convicted murderer/rapist/pedophile next door slept like a baby.' A seared conscience facilitates this heartless vicious intent, ppl would be far better served if they never accept any agreements or contractural compromises without days of investigation and deep prayer to avoid these snares set by the lowest level of hell.
