We should not have let this happen, but we have talked the talk but not walked the walk. This is the price of “waiting for the right time.”, the most common excuse I hear for not acting.

It is still doable, IMO, but as there is no e evidence that we will even contemplate it, I do not believe it we will. Thus, we are lost. Unless strong action is taken, not strong words said, we are lost.
I do not think he will be allowed in office again. They will kill him first, but I think that will be only as a last resort, after all other defenses have failed. The question is when and how. Will they do so if they think it likely he takes the nomination or when it looks like he will win the presidency? Will they make it look accidental or natural or thinly veiled that they took him out?
